अभिनेत्री सरिता लामिछाने विगत दुई दशकदेखि कलाकारितामा निरन्तर छिन् । वरिष्ठ निर्देशक तुलसी घिमिरेको चर्चित टेलिशृंखला ‘मुक्ति’ मा अभिनय गरेर एकाएक चर्चामा आएकी सरिताले त्यसपछि ‘गहना’, ‘जानकी’, ‘दुई दिनको जिन्दगानी’, ‘चाहना मनको’, ‘परिचय’लगायत थुप्रै टेलिशृंखलामा अभिनय गरिन् । हत्तपत्त फिल्ममा अभिनय गर्न नचाहने स्वभावकी सरिताले ‘सन्तानको माया’, ‘श्रीमान्–श्रीमती’, ‘हवल्दार सुन्तली’, ‘फिंगरप्रिन्ट’ र ‘सीता’ नामका फिल्ममा अभिनय गरेकी छिन् । आफूलाई रोल चित्त नबुझेसम्म ‘साइन’ नै नगर्ने सरिता चलचित्र कलाकार संघकी महासचिव पनि हुन् । ‘मुक्तिकी सरिता’ भनेर चर्चित भएकी उनले थुप्रै फिल्म ‘रिजेक्ट’ गरेकी थिइन् । सरिताले आफ्नो कलाकारिता यात्राबारे नयाँ पत्रिकाका लक्ष्मण सुवेदीलाई बताइन्<br /> ऋषिजीको अनुरोधमा मुक्ति<br /> कलाकारितालाई नै करिअर बनाउँला भन्ने मैले कहिल्यै पनि सोचेकी थिइनँ । अभिनय गरेर चर्चित हुँला भन्ने कल्पना पनि थिएन । त्यतिवेला ऋषिजी (ऋषि लामिछाने) निर्देशक तुलसी घिमिरेका फिल्ममा मुख्य सहायक निर्देशक भई काम गर्नुहुन्थ्यो ।<br /> <br /> बच्चैदेखि हेर्दै आएकीले मलाई तुलसी दाइका फिल्म निकै मन पर्थे । यो ०५५ सालको कुरा हो, त्यतिवेला हाम्रो बिहे भएको लगभग एक वर्ष भएको थियो । तुलसी दाइ ‘मुक्ति’ सिरियल बनाउने योजनामा हुनुहुँदो रहेछ । त्यसमा ‘सरिता’ नामक मुख्य पात्र रहिछ । सरिताको भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नका लागि थुप्रै अभिनेत्री हेरिएको रहेछ । तर, कोही फाइनल भएका रहेनछन् ।<br /> <br /> ऋषिजीले मलाई तिमी एकचोटि ‘ट्राइ’ गर न भन्नुभयो । मलाई अभिनय गर्ने रुचि थिएन । तर, धेरैपटक ऋषिजीले भनेपछि म तुलसी दाइलाई भेट्न गएँ । बच्चैदेखि उहाँका फिल्म हेर्दै आएकी र आफ्ना पति पनि उहाँसँग काम गर्ने भएकाले भेट्न जान कुनै अप्ठ्यारो लागेन । उहाँलाई भेटेँ ।<br /> <br /> पछि, थाहा भयो, मलाई उहाँले मुक्तिकी सरिताका रूपमा छनोट गर्नुभएछ । मलाई गरूँ कि नगरूँ भन्ने भयो । तर, ऋषिजीले निकै हौसला दिनुभयो । मुक्तिमा अभिनय गरेँ ।<br /> <br /> हिट भयो मुक्ति<br /> अभिनयमै करिअर बनाउने सोचेकी, सपना बुनेकी भए पो मौका पाउँदा ओभर एक्साइडेट भइन्थ्यो । त्यसकारण म धेरै खुसी भइनँ । सामान्य नै लाग्यो । तर, जब सिरियल प्रसारण हुन सुरु भयो, चारैतिरबाट मेरो कामको तारिफ हुन थाल्यो । मेरो कामको तारिफ हरेक हप्ता दोब्बर हुँदै भयो । त्यतिवेला भने मलाई निकै खुसी लाग्यो । नसोचेको सफलता हासिल भएकोमा मै हुँ त त्यो सरिता भन्ने लागेको थियो । नारीको विषयमा बनेको २० भागको सशक्त सिरियल थियो मुक्ति । जहाँ जाँदा पनि सबैले मुक्ति र मेरो तारिफ गरेको पाएँ । मुक्ति बन्द भएपछि पनि मान्छेहरूले मलाई टिभीमा हेर्न चाहिरहे । तर, मलाई त्यति धेरै मोह थिएन ।<br /> <br /> १८ फिल्म रिजेक्ट गरेंँ<br /> मुक्तिको सफलतापछि मलाई टेलिसिरियल तथा फिल्मबाट अफर आइरहन्थ्यो । तर, मलाई काम गरिहालूँ भन्ने लागेन । त्यसैले कसैलाई के, कसैलाई के भन्दै पन्छिँदै बसेँ । मलाई मुक्तिपछि १८ वटा फिल्मबाट अफर आएको थियो । तर, मैले स्वीकार गरिनँ ।<br /> <br /> किशोर राना दाइले ‘सन्तानको माया’ फिल्ममा अफर गर्नुभयो । ऋषिजीले यो फिल्मचाहिं तिमीले गर्नैपर्छ भन्नुभयो । त्यसमा आफ्नो भूमिका निकै राम्रो लागेकाले पनि मैले ‘ओके’ गरेँ । त्यतिवेला म च्यानल नेपालमा प्रोग्राम चलाउथे“ । मिडियाकर्मी भएकाले पनि म चलचित्रकर्मीसँग दिनहुँ ठोक्किइरहन्थेँ । जसले गर्दा किशोर दाइको त्यो फिल्म अस्विकार गर्न सकिनँ ।<br /> <br />

प्राय हामी सबैलाई खानेकुरामा चाहे बिहान होस् या बेलुका? अलि अलि चिल्लो, पिरो खादा खेरि “जिभ्रो मै झुन्डिने” मसलादार तरकारी र अचार नभई खाना रुच्दैन । अझै भन्नु पर्दा तराईबाट फोहर ल्याएको जस्तो झिंगा भन्कने गरि ट्रकमा हालेर ल्याएको(चपाउन पनि मेसिन चाहिने) जस्तो भैसीको मासु होस् या बर्ड फ्लु लागेको कुखुराको मासु प्राय अनिबार्य हामी नेपालीको दैनिक तरकारी जस्तै भैसकेको छ । त्यति मात्र कहाँ हो र ? तरकारीमा माछा, मासु छ भने हामीलाई भात संग मुछेर खानलाई अरु केहि पनि चाहिदैन यो हामी सबैको यथार्थ हो ।<br /> <br /> <br /> यसैगरी हाम्रो समाजमा अझै पनि बिहान – बेलुका छोरी, बुहारी भान्सामा खाना पकाउन सुरु गर्नासाथ “साग पकाउन भन्दा अलि बढी तेल, खुर्सानी, मसलाहरु हालेर पकाउ है नत्र खल्लो होला” भनेर निर्देशित गरिन्छ अनि कसरी स्वस्थ, स्फुर्त भएर लामो समय बाच्न सकिन्छ र ? बिश्वमै लामो आयु भएको जापानीहरु जस्तो ।<br /> <br /> तर, अहिले भने कमसेकम खाना कस्तो खाने, के के खाने ? कस्तो खानाले स्वस्थमा असर गर्छ? भन्ने कुराहरुमा अलिकति राम्रो चेतना जाग्दै आएको छ । त्यसैले आजका भान्साहरुमा पहिले जस्तो दिनहु, चिल्लो पिरो मासु लगायतका मसलादार तरकारीमात्र पाक्न कम हुदैछ । बिहान मासु खाए बेलुका साग, भोलिपल्ट माछा पाक्न थालेको छ । यधपी खुर्सानी, तेल, नुन मसला (खै के के मिसावट भएको) को मात्रा भने कम हुन सकेको छैन जस्तो लाग्छ मलाई । त्यसैले हामीले पनि, आफ्नो स्वस्थमा ख्याल गर्दै, स्वस्थमा हानी गर्ने खानेकुरा कुराहरु घटाउदै हल्का तेल, मसला मात्र प्रयोग गरेको खानेकुरा र सन्तुलित भोजन लिने बानि बसाल्न थाल्यौं भने पक्कै पनि नेपाल पनि कुनै दिन संसारको लामो आयु भएको देश भनेर चिनिने छ ।<br /> <br /> अब प्रसंग बदलौं, जापानीजहरु किन संसारमै लामो समय बाच्न सक्छन भनेर ? हो, जापान संसारमै मानिसको औसत आयु लामो भएको देश भनेर चिनिन्छ । WHO को २०१२ मा गरिएको सर्वेक्षणले जापान बिश्व भरिमा महिलाको औसत आयु ८६ वर्ष र पुरुषको ८० बर्ष रहेको छ । भने हाम्रो देश नेपाल को औसत आयु पुरुष ६७ वर्ष र महिला ६९ मात्र रहेको छ यस्तो फरक किन त ? जापानिज हरु धेरै लामो समय बाच्नु अनि नेपालीहरु धेरै बाच्न नसक्नु, यसका धेरै कारणहरु छन् ।<br /> <br /> १ खानामा सन्तुलन:<br /> जापानीहरुले पनि प्राय तीन चोटी नै खान्छन हामीले जस्तै । बिहान हल्का खाना, १२ बजेतिर बिहानको खाना अनि बेलुकाको खाना । तर फरक यत्ति हो हामीले खाने खाना संग प्राय दाल, तरकारी र अचार मात्र हुन्छ भने यिनीहरु खाने खानामा सन्तुलन मिलाइएको हुन्छ । जापानीहरुको खानामा बनाउन जतिसुकै अल्छी लागेपनि ,थोरै खाना, (तेल मसला कम प्रयोग गरिएको अथवा उसिनेको )माछा, सुप, गेडागुडी, सीफुड, काँचो माछा (मुटु रोग बाट बचाऊछ) , तोउफु उसिनेको तरकारी, अर्गानिक चिया (क्यान्सर बाट बचाऊछ) आदि हुने गर्दछन । यसै गरि यिनीहरु खानामा चिल्लो, पिरो मसलादार फ्याटयुक्त खानेकुरा प्रयोग गर्ने गर्दैनन गरे पनि थोरै मात्रामा । त्यसैले यस्ता खानेकुरामा शरीरको लागि आवश्यक पर्ने कर्बोहैद्रेट, प्रोटिन लगायत अन्य भिटामिनहरुको सन्तुलन मिलेको हुन्छ, र यस्ता खाने कुराले शरीरका कुनैपनि अंग लाई खराब गर्ने गर्दैनन भनेर डाक्टर हरु बताउँछन्।
