तपार्इंले यो उमेरमा पुरुषसँग यौनसम्पर्क नराखी हस्तमैथुनको उपाय रोजेर राम्रो गर्नुभएको छ । तपाईंको बढ्दो उमेर र विवाह गर्ने उमेर पनि नभएको अवस्थामा यौन चाहना पूरा गर्ने वैकल्पिक बाटो हस्तमैथुन नै हो । यो उमेरमा तपाईंजस्ता धेरै महिलाले विभिन्न उपायबाट हस्तमैथुन गर्ने गर्छन् । महिलाहरूले आफूलाई कसो गर्दा सन्तुष्टि मिल्छ त्यही अनुसार हस्तमैथुन गर्दछन् । सबै महिलाले आफ्नो भगांकुर चलाउने योनिमा केही पसाउनुदेखि यौन संवेदनशील अंगलाई सुम्सुमाएर वा मर्दन गरेर चरमसुख प्राप्त गर्ने गरेका छन् । 
 
महिलाले योनिलाई वा अन्य यौनांगलाई यसरी नै चलाउनुपर्छ वा घर्षण गर्छन् भन्ने स्पष्ट वा कुनै ठीक तरिका भने छैन । चलाउने वा घर्षण गर्नेबाहेक दबाब दिने, बिस्तारै हल्लाउने वा जोडले हल्लाउने वा यसलाई कुनै वस्तुमाथि थिच्नेजस्ता अनेक उपायबाट पनि महिलाले यौनआनन्द लिने गरेका छन् । यी बाहेक महिलाले आफ्नो योनि, स्तन, नाइटो, ओठ, घाँटीको छाला, तिघ्रालगायत शरीरका अन्य अंगको स्पर्श, मर्दन वा सुम्सुम्याएर पनि यौनआनन्द लिने गरेका छन् । तर, अचेल बजारमा आएका विभिन्न कृत्रिम यौनसाधन तथा वस्तुको प्रयोग गरेर पनि महिलाले हस्तमैथुन गर्ने गरेको पाइएको छ । 
 
हस्तमैथुनलाई नकारात्मक रूपमा हेर्ने गरिन्छ । तर, हस्तमैथुनले मानिसलाई फाइदा नै गर्छ । हस्तमैथुनले यौनइच्छाको दमनबाट हुने तनावबाट मानिसलाई मुक्ति दिलाउँछ । हस्तमैथुन गरेमा मुखमा दाग आउने, आँखाको दृष्टि कमजोर हुने, विवाहपश्चात् आफ्नो यौनसाथीलाई सन्तुष्टि दिन नसक्नेलगायत अनेकौँ भ्रम रहेका छन् । तर, हस्तमैथुनले यस्ता स्वास्थ्यसम्बन्धी कुनै हानि गर्दैन । हस्तमैथुन आफैँले खराबी गर्ने नभए पनि यसैसँग जोडिएर आउने हीनताबोध वा दोषीपनले भने समस्या उत्पन्न गराउन सक्छ । मानिसले हस्तमैथुन गरिसकेपछि आफ्नो मनमा विभिन्न डर तथा भय राखेर समस्या उत्पन्न गर्ने गरेका छन् । बढी मात्रामा हस्तमैथुन गर्नु भनेको पनि शरीरका लागि हानि गर्नु हो । यसलाई निश्चित सीमासम्म सुरक्षित तवरले गर्दा कुनै हानि हुँदैन । हप्तामा दुईदेखि तीनपटकसम्म हस्तमैथुन गर्नु राम्रो हुन्छ तर त्योभन्दा बढी गर्दा नकारात्मक असर पर्न सक्छ । 
 
महिलाले हस्तमैथुन गर्दा योनिमा केही पसाएर आनन्द लिने गरेकाले योनिमा कुनै वस्तु पसाउनअघि ध्यान दिनुपर्दछ । महिलाले योनिमा औँला पसाउनेदेखि लिंग आकारको वस्तु पसाउने गर्छन् । अहिले यौन प्रसाधनका रूपमा लिंगको स्वरूपजस्तो वस्तु बजारमा पाइने भएकाले त्यही वस्तुको प्रयोगबाट बढी यौन आनन्द लिने गर्दा भोलि आफ्नो यौन साथीसित सम्पर्क गर्दा आनन्द नपाइन सक्छ । त्यसकारण महिलाले लत लाग्ने गरी तथा आवश्यकभन्दा बढी हस्तमैथुन गर्नु हानिकारक मानिन्छ । यसका साथै योनिमा प्रवेश गराइने वस्तु सफासुग्घर हुन आवश्यक छ । यदि ती वस्तु साफ छैनन् भने यौनांगमा विभिन्न संक्रमण देखापर्न सक्छन् । त्यसकारण योनिमा कुनै कुरा पसाएर हस्तमैथुन गर्दा केही ध्यान दिनुआवश्यक छ । बजारमा पाइने त्यस्ता साधनका कारण महिलालाई लत लाग्न सक्छ र वैवाहिक जीवनमा चरम यौन सन्तुष्टि प्राप्तिका लागि पुनः हस्तमैथुनकै सहारा लिन पर्ने हुन सक्छ ।

अहिलेको समय मानिसलाई कुनै न कुनै प्रकारको तनाव भइरहेकै हुन्छ। कति मानसहरु त तनावले नै गर्दा आत्महत्या समेत गर्ने गरकेा छन्। यस अवस्थामा तुलसीको पातलाई दूधमा मिलाएर खाएमा डिप्रेशन कम गराई आराम दिलाउँछ। छिमेकमा कसैलाई धेरै तनाव भएमा दूधमा तुलसी मिलाएर खान दिनुस सबै निको हुन्छ। किनकी तुसीले डिप्रेशनको हर्मोनहरुलाई कन्ट्रोल गर्ने गर्दछ। यही कारण ताईको दुखेको टाउको पनि निको हुन्छ। 
 
अस्वस्थ लगमयतका समस्या 
 
यसको सेवन निमित खाली पेटमा गर्नाले अस्थमा लगायतका रोगबाट छुटकारा पाउन सक्नुहुन्छ। तुलसी र दूधको एन्टी-बैक्टीरियल गुणको कारण तपाईलाई समस्या हुन दिँदैन। यसले सास लगायतका समस्याबाट पनि मुक्ति दिन्छ। 
 
किडनीको स्टोन हुनबाट जोगाउँछ 
 
यदि तपाईलाई किड्नीमा पत्थरी छ भने सधै तुलसी र दूध मिलाएर खाली पेटमा खानुस्। केही दिनमै पत्थरी गल्दै जान्छ र पछि दिशामा देखा पर्छ। 
 
फ्लू लगायत रोगमा अचुक 
फ्लू लगायतको रोगमा तुलसीको सेवनले एन्टी-इन्फ्लेमेन्टरी तत्वले फ्लू लगायत रोगलाई टाढा धपाउने गर्दछ। यसबाट तपाईलाई फ्लूले छुन सक्दैन्। 
 
मुटुलाई स्वस्थ राख्‍न 
 
यदि घरको कसैलाई मुटुसम्बन्धी रोग लागेको छ वा ग्रसित हुनुहुन्छ भने उहाँलाई प्रत्येक दिन खाली पेटमा दूध र तुलसीको पात सेवन गर्न लगाउनुहोस । यसपछि उहाँको मुटु सम्बन्धी रोग धेरै हदसम्म निको हुन्छ। 
 
मलेरियाबाट मुक्ति 
तुलसीमा रहेको ए‍न्टी-बैक्‍टीरियल तथा एंटीबायोटिक गुणका कारण कुनै पनि प्रकारको रुघाखोकीले छुन सक्दैन। आयुर्वेदमा रुघा लागेको मानिसलाई तुलसीको पातलाई औषधि बनाएर खान दिनू भन्न‍े सुझाव दिइएको छ। 
 
रुघाखोकी भएमा आधा लिटर पानीमा केही तुलसीको पात, अलैंचीको धुलो मिलाएर उमाली पिएमा रुघा च्वाटै हुने बताइएको छ। यस्तै बाँकी रहेको छोकडामा दूध र चीनी मिलाएर सेवन गरेमा धेरै फाइा हुनेछ।

महिलाहरुको शरीरमा हुने नियमित जैविक प्रक्रिया हो मासिक श्राव । तर यो विषयमा थरिथरिका विचारहरु पाइन्छन् । परम्परागत हिन्दू धार्मिक मान्यताल महिनवारीको समयलाई अछूतका रुपमा व्यवहार गर्दछ । हिन्दूहरुका अनुसार, महिनावारी हुँदा महिलाको शरीरबाट फोहोर रगत निस्किने हुँदा उनी अशुद्ध हुन्छिन् । त्यसैले महिनाबारी हुँदा महिलालाई खाना पकाउन नदिने, पूजाआजामा सहभागी हुन नपाइने, अरुसँग नछोइकन बस्नुपर्ने नियम बनाइएका छन् । तर समयक्रम परिवर्तन हुँदै जाँदा यो प्रक्रियालाई सामान्य नियमित जैविकीय अवस्थामा लिएर महिलाहरुलाई महिनावरी भएकै कारण गरिने छुवाछूतलाई अस्वीकार गर्ने मान्यता र संस्कारको विकास हुँदै गएको छ। महिनावारी हुँदा शरीरबाट फोहोर रगत निस्किन्छ तर उचित सरसफाई गर्ने हो भने महिलासँग कुनै किसिमले छुवाछूत हुनुहुँदैन भनेर सामान्य व्यवहार गर्ने चलन बढ्दै गएको हो । चिकित्सा विज्ञानले महिनावारीलाई सामान्य अवस्था मान्दछ । सरसफाईमा विशेष ध्यान दिने भने आग्रह गर्दछ विज्ञानले । तर महिलालाई टाढै राख्नुपर्ने, यसलाई अनौठौ र अशुद्ध अवस्थाका रुपमा हेर्न नहुनेमा सबैले जोड दिएका हुन्छन् । तर यौनसम्पर्कको बारेमा नि ? यहाँ पनि थरिथरिका गलत र भ्रामक धारणाहरु फैलिएका हुन्छन् । कतिपयले महिनावारीमा यौनसम्पर्कको कुरा गर्दा छिः छिः भन्ने गर्दछन् भने कतिपये यसलाई सामान्य अर्थमा लिन्छन् । महिनाबारीमा सेक्स गर्ने कि नगर्ने त ? हिन्दू मान्यताले त महिलालाई छुनै नहुने भन्छ त्यसैले त्यो आधारमा हामीले कुरा गर्दैनौं तर स्वास्थ्यविज्ञानले भने यस्तो अवस्थामा पनि यौनसम्पर्क गर्न सकिने बताउँछ । मुख्य कुरा सरसफाईको भएकोले त्यसमा ध्यान दिने हो भने सेक्स गर्न महिनावारीले नछेक्ने स्वास्थ्यविज्ञानले बताउँछ । आउनुस् महिनावारी सेक्सका बारेमा केही तथ्यहरु थाहा पाऔं । १. महिनाबारी हुँदा सेक्स गर्न सकिन्छ तर यसका लागि कण्डमको प्रयोग अनिवार्य गर्नुपर्छ । योनीको कोमलता बढ्ने र पुरुषको लिंगको घर्षणले संक्रमणको सम्भावना हुने भएकोले कण्डमको प्रयोग गर्दा सुरक्षित सेक्स गर्न सकिन्छ । मासिकश्रावको बेला बग्ने रगत खराब हो, यसले हानी गर्छ भनेर डराउनु पर्दैन । यदि पुरुष र महिलामा कुनै यौनरोग छैन भने यसले फरक पार्दैन । तर यदि पुरुष या महिलाको यौनांगमा घाउ, खटिरा छ, घाउ छ या कुनै किसिमको यौनरोग छ भने यो निकै छिटो सर्न सक्छ । त्यसैले यो कुरामा विशेष ध्यान दिनुपर्दछ । २. महिनाबारीको बेला हुने सम्भोगबाट गर्भ रहने सम्भावना निकै कम हुन्छ । केही अवस्थामा भने महिनाबारी भएको बेला पनि गर्भ रहन सक्ने सम्भावना हुन्छ । खासगरी महिलाको योनीभित्र छिरेको विर्यमा भएका शुक्रकिट केही दिन बाँच्ने भएकाले र अनियमित महिनाबारी हुने महिलामा गर्भ रहन पनि सक्छ । तर यो सम्भावना निकै न्यून हुन्छ । ३. यदि यौनसम्पर्क गर्दा लिंगमा रगत लागेमा डराउनु पर्दैन । तपाई घिनाउनु भएन र रगतलाई राम्रोसँग सरसफाई गर्नुभयो भने यसले हानी गर्दैन । ४. महिनाबारीको बेला सम्भोग गर्दा पाठेघरमा असर पर्छ भन्ने मान्यता गलत हो । महिनाबारीका बेला पाठेघरको मुख खुला हुने र लिंग पाठेघरभित्रै छिरेर हानी पूराउँछ भन्ने आम धारणा छ तर त्यस्तो हुँदैन । लिंग पाठेघरको मुखसम्म पुग्ने र निकै साँघुरो मुखबाट छिर्ने सम्भावना हुँदैन । ५. महिनाबारीको बेला यौन सम्पर्क राख्ने महिलामा रगत बग्ने क्रम छिटै रोकिन्छ भन्ने कुरा गलत हो । सम्भोगका बेला पाठेघर खुम्चिन्छ, जसका कारण एकैचोटीमा धेरै रगत बाहिर निस्किने हुनसक्छ । यसो गर्दा अरु बेला जस्तो पछिल्लो रगत अलि समयपछि आउन सक्छ । तर यो सामान्य हो । ५. रजस्वलाका बेला यौन सम्पर्क गर्ने महिलामा दुखाइ कम हुन्छ । यसका धेरै कारण हुन सक्छन्, पहिलो चरमोत्कर्षका बेला सरिरले छाड्ने हर्मोनले दुखाइ कम गर्ने औषधिको काम गर्छ र दोश्रो दुखाइ महसुस गराउने रसायन सम्भोगका बेला उपयोग हुने भएकाले त्यसपछि तल्लो पेट दुख्न कम हुन्छ । ७. यौनसम्पर्क र्दा उभिएर या हलुका किसिमले पेटलाई बढी नथिच्ने किसिमले सेक्स गर्दा राम्रो हुन्छ । तर पुरुषले महिलालाई इच्छा छैन भने जबर्जस्ती भने गर्नु हुँदैन । ८. यसका साथै रगत बग्ने सम्भावना भएकोले पहिला नै रगत पुछ्ने कपडा या नेपकिन राखिराख्दा राम्रो कतिपय महिलाहरुले कपको पनि प्रया गनर्् र्दछन् । ९। रजस्वला भएका बेला मुखमैथुन गर्न मन लागे त्यो तपाईमा भर पर्छ । सकेसम्म यस्तो नगर्दा राम्रो । किनभने रजस्वलाको बेला रगत मुखमा लाग्न सक्छ । एभरेष्टदैनिकडटकम अर्को कुरा दांत या गिजामा कुनै संक्रमण भए त्यो सर्न सक्छ । तर तपाईले मुख मैथुन नगरी नहुने प्रण गर्नुभएको छ भने डेन्टल डामको प्रयोग गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ । तर हामी तपाईलाई सकेसम्म मुख मैथुन नगर्न सल्लाह दिन्छौं ।

2. Neem 
Take a s mall piece of the neem tree and grind them finely to achieve thick paste. Apply the paste in rashes area, which will give rid from rashes within some days. 
 
Or boil the neem leaf with water rinse your body with that boiled water. This will give relief from rashes. 
 
3. Coconut Oil or Camphor 
Mix some dust of camphor in coconut oil and massage oil in rashes area after a bath. This will easily give relief from rashes within short time. But , remember that some people are allergic with oil. So, it is best not to apply this process by such people. 
 
4. Basil 
Grind basil and make a paste. Then apply thick coating of the paste in infected area. This will give a relief from burn and irritation from rashes. 
 
5. Mango 
Take out inside seed of a mango and grind the peel and inner part finely.Cool out for some time and apply in body. A great relief will achieve from this process.

साडी लगाउँदा 
 
ब्लाउजको लम्बाइ र नेक डिजाइन, स्लिभको लम्बाइले बडी डिजाइन गर्नुपर्छ। जस्तै ः लामो ब्लाउज लगाउने। डिप कट नेक डिजाइन गर्नुपर्छ। स्लिभ लेन्ट थ्री क्वाटर लगाउने। कपडा छान्दा नरम तथा फल आउने र सकभर स्टि्रटेबल कपडा छान्ने। कपडाको कलर डार्क तथा ब्राइट रोज्नुपर्छ। सिक्वेन्स वर्क गरिएको कपडा नलगाउने। दुलहीको पहिरन विड्स, जरी वा कास्गेपी वर्क गरिएको हुनुपर्छ।  साडीको बुट्टा मसिनो रोज्ने साथै त्यसको बोर्डर कम होस् भन्ने कुरामा ध्यान पुर्‍याउने। 
 
लेहेंगा लगाउँदा 
 
दुलही मोटी छिन् भने लेहेंगाको ब्लाउजको लम्बाइ स्कर्टको लम्बाइ सँगै छोएको हुनुपर्छ। लेहेंगाको नेक डिजाइनमा इम्ब्रोइडरी गर्दा फेबि्रकको कलरमा कन्ट्रास्ट हुनुपर्छ। जसले गर्दा नेक डिजाइन हुन्छ र स्लिम लुक दिन्छ। स्कर्ट लगाउँदा  हिप बोनबाट सुरु गर्नुपर्छ र लम्बाइमा लत्रिएको हुनु जरुरी छ। लेहेंगाको कट पि्रन्स लाइन लिएर कट गर्नुपर्छ जसले गर्दा हिपदेखि थाइसम्मको सेप राम्रो देखिन्छ र स्लिम तथा अग्लो पनि देखाउँछ। डार्क र ब्राइट कलर प्रयोग गर्ने। सिक्वेन्स वर्क छाती, वेस्ट र हिपको भागमा कम गर्ने। 
 
उचाइ कम भएका दुलहीका लागि लेहेंगा सकभर लहरा डिजाइनमा जानुपर्छ र ब्लाउजको लम्बाइ लामो गर्नुपर्छ। अग्लो र स्लिम लुक्सका लागि ब्लाउज र लेहेंगा थाइसम्म फिटिङ हुनुपर्छ। जसले गर्दा अग्लो देखाउन सहयोग गर्छ। ब्लाउज  र लेहेंगाको स्कर्ट एउटै कलरको हुनुपर्छ। इम्ब्रोइडरी र सल भने फरक कलरको लगाउन सकिन्छ। बोर्डर भएको लेहेंगा लगाउने हो भने कम बोर्डर प्रयोग गर्ने । सकभर स्कर्टमा लामो तथा ठाडो बुट्टा दिने। बुट्टा डिफाइन तथा सफा हुनुपर्छ। दुलहीले जल वर्क इम्ब्रोइडरी नलगाउनु नै हुन्छ। दुलहीका लागि नेट, भेल्भेट, भिस्कोट, सिल्क आदि राम्रो हुन्छ। विवाहका लागि सकभर रातो, पहेंलो, अरेञ्ज, गि्रन तथा गोल्डेन प्रयोग गर्ने। कलरले पनि मान्छे कति खुसी र दुःखी छ परिचित गराउँछ। 
 
जीवनमा एकपटक गरिने विवाहमा दुलहीको पहिरन उत्कृष्ट हुनुपर्छ। त्यसका लागि दुलहीको हाइट, मोटाइ, रूप, रंग र समयको मागअनुसार पहिरन बनाउनुपर्छ।

किस अर्थात् चुम्बन तपाईं कति मन पराउनुहुन्छ ? राम्रो अनुहार पाए त कसलाई चुम्बन गर्न मन लाग्दैन होला ? विशेष गरी कलेज पढ्ने किशोर–किशोरीहरू त चुम्बनले छुट्टै संसारको आनन्द दिन्छ भन्ने कल्पनामा रमाउँछन् तर चुम्बनकै कारणले रोगी हुनुपर्छ भन्ने कुरा धेरैलाई थाहा नहुन सक्छ । कलेजमा अध्ययनरत छात्रहरूले आफ्नी गर्लफ्रेन्डबाहेक अरूलाई चुम्बन नगरेको दाबी गरे पनि चुम्बन अहिले सामान्य भैसकेको छ । चुम्बन सामान्य भए पनि चुम्बनका कारण हुने रोग भने सामान्य हुँदैन । 
 ‘किस डिजिज’ अर्थात् चुम्बन रोग हालै नामकरण गरिएको एउटा रोग हो । इपसन वार भाइरस (ई.बी.भी.) ले संक्रमित तुल्याउने यो रोग खास गरी र्‍यालको माध्यमबाट सर्छ । चुम्बन रोग खास गरी उच्च माध्यमिक तथा कलेजका विद्यार्थी तथा आर्मी, पुलिसलाई लागेको देखिन्छ । हालै गरिएको एक अध्ययनले ८५ देखि ९० प्रतिशत अमेरिकन नागरिकलाई ४० वर्ष नपुग्दै ई.बी.भी. को संक्रमण देखिएको छ । १५ वर्षदेखि १९ वर्षका युवा–युवतीमा चुम्बन रोगको प्रभाव बढी देखिएको छ । भाइरसको संक्रमण भएको ४–५ हप्तापछि मात्र ज्वरो आउने, घाँटी सुक्ने, खाना निल्न गाह्रो हुने, घाँटी तथा छातीमा डावरहरू आउने, काखी सुन्निने, कलेजो तथा पित्त थैली ठूलो हुने आदि लक्षण देखिन्छन् । धेरैजसो व्यक्तिमा यो रोग आफै निको भए पनि कतिपयका लागि खतरनाक पनि साबित हुन सक्छ । यो रोगले निमोनिया, जन्डिस, रक्तअल्पता, मुटु तथा मिर्गौलामा दीर्घकालीन असर पार्छ । 
 
 
चुम्बनबाट सर्न सक्ने अन्य रोग पनि छन् । गोनरिया, भिरङ्गी, ज्ञानेन्द्रिय अंगहरूमा हुने मुसा, घाउहरूका जीवाणु र्‍यालमा पनि हुन सक्ने भएकाले यी रोग सर्न सक्छन् । यसरी सर्ने रोगमा क्लामेडियाको संक्रमण प्रमुख हो । युनिभर्सिटी अफ क्यालिफोर्नियाका चिकित्सक जोनका अनुसार चुम्बनका कारण ट्राइजेमिनल न्युरोल्जिया भए बिमारीले आत्महत्यासम्म गर्न सक्छ । यो रोग लागेका बिरामीको गालामा चुम्बन गर्दा उक्त नर्भ (स्नायु) को उत्तेजना हुने भएकाले बिरामीले आत्महत्या गर्ने प्रयास गर्छ । 
 
 
फ्लोरिडा स्टेट युनिभर्सिटीको प्रतिवेदनअनुसार धेरैसँग चुम्बन गर्ने किशोर–किशोरीमा ब्याक्टेरियल मेनेन्जाइटिस हुनसक्छ । बेलाईतमा गरिएको एक अध्ययनअनुसार मेनिंगोकोकल ब्याक्टेरिया नाक तथा घाँटीमा राम्रोसँग वृद्धि हुने र सोही ठाउँमा बढी बस्न रुचाउने भएकाले र्‍यालमा उक्त ब्याक्टेरिया बढी पाइन्छ । चुम्बन गर्दा ब्याक्टेरिया सजिलै एक–अर्कामा सर्छ र मेनिन्जाइटिसको रोगी बनाउँछ । मेनिन्जाइटिस हुँदा टाउको दुख्ने, ज्वरो आउने तथा वान्ता हुने लक्षण देखिन सक्छ । यस्ता किशोर–किशोरीले तुरुन्त स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गराउनुपर्छ । समयमै उपचार नभए बिरामी मर्न पनि सक्छ । 
आधुनिक एवं सहरी जीवन शैलीमा जनावरहरू (कुकुर, बिरालो) पाल्ने चलन पनि बढ्दै गएको छ । सहरी क्षेत्रका सम्पन्न परिवारमा कुकुर वा बिरालो नपालिने घर कमै हुन्छन् । पुरुषभन्दा पनि महिलाहरू कुकुर–बिरालोसँग चुम्बन आदान–प्रदान गरिरहेका हुन्छन् । 
 
विज्ञहरूका अनुसार यसरी कुकुरसँग चुम्बन आदान–प्रदान गर्दा, सँगै खानेकुरा खाँदा ‘सालमोनिला’ जातका ब्याक्टेरियाको संक्रमण हुने सम्भावना हुन्छ । ‘सालमोनेला’ जातका ब्याक्टेरियाको संक्रमणले टाइफाइड हुन्छ ।

Nepali Folk Musical Instruments and Cultural Group will be held until November 29 at the Rastriya Nachghar in Jamal in the Capital.Inaugurating the festival, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Ananda Prasad Pokharel stressed the need on part of the local communities to take the initiative for preservation of the folk cultures rather than waiting for the state to do so.The Museum of Nepalese Folk Musical Instruments Chairman Ram Prasad Kandel said during the festival the experiences on works pertaining to research and conservation of national traditional folk culture would be exchanged. International experts on folk music including Nepal will also present their documents. 
 
A total of 35 selected documentaries from 18 different countries will be screened in the three-day festival which will be held from 10 am to 5 pm on a daily basis. Six films will be awarded in the outstanding and best categories which the International Decisive Committee will choose.

सवारी चालक अनुमतिपत्रको फाराम भर्न नसकेर बुधबार फर्किनुभएका सिन्धुपाल्चोकका रमेश तामाङ बिहीबार पनि फर्कन बाध्य भए  । 
 
बुधबार बिहान ७ बजे नै एकान्तकुना पुग्नुभएका उनी भीड देखेर फर्किएका थियो तर बिहीबार पुनः कार्यालय पुग्दा त्यहाँका कर्मचारीले हलुका सवारी साधनको शुक्रबारसम्मको टोकन सकियो भनेपछि उनी फर्कन बाध्य भएका हुन्  । 
 
बुधबार बाग्मती यातायात व्यवस्था कार्यालयमा नै भेटिएका मकवानपुरका विकास चम्रेल भने फाराम भर्न पाएकामा दङ्ग देखिए । उनि राति ३ बजे नै एकान्तकुना पुगेका  थियो । आफू पुग्दा राति ९÷१० बजेदेखि बसेकाहरु भेटिएको चम्रेलले बताए । 
 
कार्यालयले दुई महिनापछि बुधबारबाट चालक अनुमतिपत्रका लागि आवेदन फाराम लिन थालेको हो । लामो समयदेखि बन्द रहेको र अन्य अञ्चल कार्यालयले सेवा नदिएका कारण कार्यालयमा फाराम भर्नेको भीड लागेको छ । बुधबार मात्रै झन्डै चार हजार सेवाग्राही आइपुगेको कार्यालयमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीले बताएका छन् । एक दिनमा चारपाङ्ग्रे हलुका सवारी साधनको २०० र मोटरसाइकल ५०० गरेर कार्यालयले जम्मा ७००को फारम लिने गरेको छ । 
 
रामशाहपथस्थित नेसनल ट्रेडिङ सेन्टरमा सवारी जाँच हुने गरेकामा चाडपर्वका समय नेसनल ट्रेडिङले स्थान उपलब्ध नगराएका कारण दुई महिनासम्म सेवा दिन नसकिएको कार्यालयका प्रमुख तेजनारायण यादवले बताए । फाराम भर्ने समयमा सधैँ भीड हुने भए पनि दुई महिनासम्म सेवा ठप्प हुँदा भीड धेरै गुणा बढेको छ । उनले भने – “सामान्य हुन अझै केही समय लाग्न सक्छ ।” 
 
लामो समयपछि चालक अनुमतिपत्र खुलेकाले प्रमुख यादव मङ्गलबार राति झन्डै ८ः३० बजेसम्म कार्यालयमा भोलिपल्टको तयारीका लागि बसेका थिए  । बिहान आफू ६ः३० बजे पुग्दा नै धेरै सेवाग्राही आइसकेका थिए भन्दै उनले सेवाग्राही धेरै भए पनि कार्यालयले क्षमताअनुसार मात्रै सेवा दिन सक्छ भने । 
 
रातिबाट नै लाम लाग्न आएकालाई प्रहरीले हटाएको थियो । फाराम भर्न नपाएकाहरुले प्रवेशद्वार, पर्खाललगायतका स्थान तोडफोडसमेत गरेका छन् । 
 
कार्यालयले मोटरसाइकलको फाराम सङ्कलन सोमबारदेखि शुक्रबारसम्म गर्दै आएको छ । प्रत्येक दिन ५०० सेवाग्राहीले फाराम भर्न सक्छन् । हलुका सवारी साधनका लागि भने २०० जनाले फाराम भर्न पाउने व्यवस्था छ । आइतबार भारी सवारी साधन र स्कुटरका लागि चालक अनुमति पत्रको फाराम लिने गरिएको छ । 
 
भारी सवारी साधनका दलागि भने एक सयजनाले मात्र फाराम भर्न सक्ने व्यवस्था छ । जुनसुकै सवारी साधनको चालकले फाराम भरेको एक दिनपछि लिखित र दुई दिनपछि ट्रायल दिन सक्छन् । यातायात व्यवस्था कार्यालय, ललितपुरमा अहिले नमुनाका रुपमा स्मार्ट चालक अनुमतिपत्र वितरण भइरहेको छ ।
