अफिस, घर, साथीभाइ भेटघाट मानिसको जीवन यस्तैमा बित्ने गरेको छ । यस्तो व्यस्त जीवनमा सबैलाई थकान महसुस हुन्छ । दिनभरको थकान एकछिनमै भगाउन केही विशेष खाना खानु आवश्यक छ । 
 
दही : दहीमा प्रो बायोटिक्स अर्थात् सकारात्मक ब्याक्टेरिया तथा कार्बोहाइड्रेड हुन्छ । यसले थकान भगाएर फुर्तिलो बनाउँछ । दही बिहानको खानासँग खान सकिन्छ । दहीमा फलफूल मिसाएर खान  सकिन्छ । दहीमा मानिसलाई फुर्तिलो बनाउने शक्तिका साथै प्रशस्त रोगप्रतिरोधक क्षमता हुन्छ । 
सौफ : सौफमा सोडियम, क्याल्सियम, पोटासियम, आइरन आदि पोषक तत्व पाइन्छ । यसले शरीरमा थकान महसुस गराउने हार्मोन्सलाई नष्ट गर्छ । सौफ खाना खाएपछि  खाइन्छ । यसलाई चबाएर खाँदा तथा सौफ हालिएको चिया खाँदा पनि क्षणभरमै थकान गायब हुन्छ र तरोताजा महसुस गर्न सकिन्छ । 
केरा : अफिसबाट आएपछि साँझ धेरै थकान महसुस भएको छ, उठ्न नसक्ने भइएको छ भने २–३ वटा केरा खानुपर्छ । केराबाट पोटासियम प्राप्त हुन्छ । यसले शरीरमा भएको सुगरको इनर्जीमा परिवर्तन ल्याएर थकानलाई टाढा भगाउँछ । 
सुन्तला : सुन्तलामा भएको भिटामिन बी ६ तथा फोलिक एसिडले थकान टाढा भगाएर इनर्जेटिक बनाउँछ । त्यसैले थकान महसुस भए सुन्तला खानुपर्छ । यसको जुस पनि सेवन गर्न सकिन्छ । सुन्तला गर्भवती महिलाहरूका लागि पनि फाइदाजनक हुन्छ । 
मेवा : बिहान–बिहान मेवा खाँदा पाचन प्रणाली ठीक रहन्छ भने यसबाट शरीरमा शक्ति प्राप्त हुन्छ । मेवामा भएको भिटामिन बी ६ तथा फोलिक एसिडले शरीरको थकान  भगाउँछ ।साँझको समयमा भोक लाग्दा पनि मेवा सेवन गर्न सकिन्छ । यसले तुरुन्त इनर्जी प्राप्त हुन्छ । त्यसका अतिरिक्त मेवाले कोलस्ट्रोलको मात्रा नियन्त्रित राख्न एवं तौल घटाउन पनि सहयोग गर्छ । 
अण्डा : अन्डामा प्रशस्त मात्रामा प्रोटिन हुन्छ । दिनहुँ एउटा अण्डा खाँदा शरीरमा ३० प्रतिशत प्रोटिन प्राप्त हुन्छ । व्यायामपछि एउटा अण्डा खानुपर्छ । यसले थकानबाट मुक्ति मिल्छ भने मांसपेशी पनि रिल्याक्स हुन्छ । 
अदुवा : थकान महसुस भए अदुवायुक्त चिया पिउनुपर्छ । पातलो टुक्रा बनाएर नुनका साथ अदुवा खाए तरोताजा महसुस गर्न सकिन्छ । अदुवामा भएको एन्टिअक्सिडेन्टले मांसपेशी रिल्याक्स गर्नुका साथै रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता पनि बलियो बनाउँछ । 
पालुंगो : यसमा प्रशस्त मात्रामा म्याग्नेसियम, आइरन तथा पोटासियम हुन्छ । म्याग्नेसियमले शरीरमा ऊर्जा सिर्जना गर्न मद्दत पुर्‍याउँछ । पोटासियमले पाचनक्रिया दुरुस्त राख्छ । पालुंगोको तरकारी खाए दिनभर तरोताजा महसुस गर्न सकिन्छ । 
ज्वानो : ज्वानोको चिया हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा धेरैलाई थाहा नहुन सक्छ । कतिपय मानिसले ज्वानोको चिया सेवन नगरेका हुन सक्छन् । ज्वानोको चिया पिए थकान एकछिनमै टाढा भाग्छ । ज्वानोलाई तातोपानीमा उमालेर चियाजस्तै गरी पिए शरीरमा ऊर्जा प्राप्त हुनुका साथै मस्तिष्कको नसालाई पनि आराम मिल्छ । यसबाट जोर्नीको पीडाबाट पनि छुटकारा प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ । 
ओट्स : फाइबर तथा एन्टिअक्सिडेन्टको गुणले भरिपूर्ण ओट्सले धेरै किसिमको रोगबाट जोगाउनुका साथै इनर्जेटिक पनि राख्छ । बिहानको नास्तामा ओटमिल खाए दिनभर फ्रेस महसुस हुन्छ । आफ्नो रुचिअनुसार ओट्समा नुन तथा चिनी हालेर विभिन्न परिकार बनाउन सकिन्छ । 
ओखर : ओखर शक्तिवद्र्धक हुन्छ । ओमेगा ३ फ्याटी एसिडको मात्रा प्रशस्त पाइने ओखरले एकछिनमै थकान भगाउँछ । ओखरको सेवनबाट एन्जाइटी तथा डिप्रेसनबाट पनि राहत मिल्छ । एक्सरसाइज गरेर थाकेका बेला पनि ओखर खाँदा विशेष फाइदा हुन्छ । 
च्याउ : दिनहुँ एक कप च्याउ खाँदा शरीरमा शक्ति प्राप्त हुनुका साथै आइरनको आपूर्ति पनि हुन्छ । मसरुम खाँदा शरीरमा रगतको कमीको समस्या हुँदैन । यसको सेवनले शरीरमा शक्ति प्राप्त हुन्छ । च्याउ उच्च रक्तचाप तथा मधुमेहका बिरामीका लागि पनि फाइदाजनक छ । अन्य तरकारीको तुलनामा च्याउमा प्रोटिन, भिटामिन ई तथा सेलेनियमको मात्रा बढी हुन्छ ।

त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयको ४२ औ दीक्षान्त समारोहको आयोजना गर्दैछ। समारोहमामा ९ हजार ७ सय३४ विद्यार्थी दीक्षित हुँदै छन्। योसँगै त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयमा दीक्षित हुने विद्यार्थीको आकर्षण बढेको छ। 
 
समारोहमा स्कार्फ र गाउन पोसाक लगाएर आफूले उत्तीर्ण गरेको प्रमाणपत्रसँगै अध्ययन गरेको अनुभव हुने भएकाले विद्यार्थीको समारोहमा आकर्षण बढेको हो। 
 
दीक्षान्त समारोहमा २०७२ जेठ १८ गतेदेखि २०७३ असार १ गतेसम्म स्नातक, स्नातकोत्तर, एमफिल र विद्यावारिधी उत्तीर्ण गरेका विद्यार्थी सहभागी हुन हुने दीक्षान्त मूल समारोह समितिका सदस्य सचिव तथा सहनियन्त्रक डा शङ्कर भण्डारीले जानकारी दिए। 
 
उनका अनुसार गत वर्षभन्दा यस वर्ष दुई हजार बढी विद्यार्थी दीक्षित हुन थालेका छन्। समारोहमा विभिन्न सङ्कायका सर्वोकृष्ट अङ्क ल्याउनेलाई स्वर्ण पदकसहित पुरस्कृत गरिन्छ भने अन्य उत्तीर्ण हुने विद्यार्थीलाई प्रमाणपत्रले दीक्षित गरिन्छ। 
 
गत वर्ष ९ हजार ३ सय विद्यार्थी दीक्षित भएका थिए। यसपटक कात्तिक १० देखि मङ्सिर १२ गतेसम्म दीक्षित हुन विद्यार्थीलाई बल्खुस्थित पनिका कार्यालयमा निवेदन दिन आग्रह गरेको थियो। 
 
त्रिविले दीक्षित हुने प्रत्येक विद्यार्थीसँग दुई हजार रुपैयाँ धरौटी स्वरुप शुल्क लिएर स्कार्फ र गाउन दिने गर्दछ। समारोह पछि रु दुई हजार विद्यार्थीले फिर्ता पाउने छन् भने विद्यार्थीले स्कार्फ र गाउन त्रिविलाई फिर्ता गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ।

कलाकारितालाई नै करिअर बनाउँला भन्ने मैले कहिल्यै पनि सोचेकी थिइनँ । अभिनय गरेर चर्चित हुँला भन्ने कल्पना पनि थिएन । त्यतिवेला ऋषिजी (ऋषि लामिछाने) निर्देशक तुलसी घिमिरेका फिल्ममा मुख्य सहायक निर्देशक भई काम गर्नुहुन्थ्यो । 
 
बच्चैदेखि हेर्दै आएकीले मलाई तुलसी दाइका फिल्म निकै मन पर्थे । यो ०५५ सालको कुरा हो, त्यतिवेला हाम्रो बिहे भएको लगभग एक वर्ष भएको थियो । तुलसी दाइ ‘मुक्ति’ सिरियल बनाउने योजनामा हुनुहुँदो रहेछ । त्यसमा ‘सरिता’ नामक मुख्य पात्र रहिछ । सरिताको भूमिका निर्वाह गर्नका लागि थुप्रै अभिनेत्री हेरिएको रहेछ । तर, कोही फाइनल भएका रहेनछन् । 
 
ऋषिजीले मलाई तिमी एकचोटि ‘ट्राइ’ गर न भन्नुभयो । मलाई अभिनय गर्ने रुचि थिएन । तर, धेरैपटक ऋषिजीले भनेपछि म तुलसी दाइलाई भेट्न गएँ । बच्चैदेखि उहाँका फिल्म हेर्दै आएकी र आफ्ना पति पनि उहाँसँग काम गर्ने भएकाले भेट्न जान कुनै अप्ठ्यारो लागेन । उहाँलाई भेटेँ । 
 
पछि, थाहा भयो, मलाई उहाँले मुक्तिकी सरिताका रूपमा छनोट गर्नुभएछ । मलाई गरूँ कि नगरूँ भन्ने भयो । तर, ऋषिजीले निकै हौसला दिनुभयो । मुक्तिमा अभिनय गरेँ । 
 
हिट भयो मुक्ति 
अभिनयमै करिअर बनाउने सोचेकी, सपना बुनेकी भए पो मौका पाउँदा ओभर एक्साइडेट भइन्थ्यो । त्यसकारण म धेरै खुसी भइनँ । सामान्य नै लाग्यो । तर, जब सिरियल प्रसारण हुन सुरु भयो, चारैतिरबाट मेरो कामको तारिफ हुन थाल्यो । मेरो कामको तारिफ हरेक हप्ता दोब्बर हुँदै भयो । त्यतिवेला भने मलाई निकै खुसी लाग्यो । नसोचेको सफलता हासिल भएकोमा मै हुँ त त्यो सरिता भन्ने लागेको थियो । नारीको विषयमा बनेको २० भागको सशक्त सिरियल थियो मुक्ति । जहाँ जाँदा पनि सबैले मुक्ति र मेरो तारिफ गरेको पाएँ । मुक्ति बन्द भएपछि पनि मान्छेहरूले मलाई टिभीमा हेर्न चाहिरहे । तर, मलाई त्यति धेरै मोह थिएन । 
 
१८ फिल्म रिजेक्ट गरेंँ 
मुक्तिको सफलतापछि मलाई टेलिसिरियल तथा फिल्मबाट अफर आइरहन्थ्यो । तर, मलाई काम गरिहालूँ भन्ने लागेन । त्यसैले कसैलाई के, कसैलाई के भन्दै पन्छिँदै बसेँ । मलाई मुक्तिपछि १८ वटा फिल्मबाट अफर आएको थियो । तर, मैले स्वीकार गरिनँ । 
 
किशोर राना दाइले ‘सन्तानको माया’ फिल्ममा अफर गर्नुभयो । ऋषिजीले यो फिल्मचाहिं तिमीले गर्नैपर्छ भन्नुभयो । त्यसमा आफ्नो भूमिका निकै राम्रो लागेकाले पनि मैले ‘ओके’ गरेँ । त्यतिवेला म च्यानल नेपालमा प्रोग्राम चलाउथे“ । मिडियाकर्मी भएकाले पनि म चलचित्रकर्मीसँग दिनहुँ ठोक्किइरहन्थेँ । जसले गर्दा किशोर दाइको त्यो फिल्म अस्विकार गर्न सकिनँ ।

Roads are the most easy and the seconds most cheap means of transport. Below are listed the most d@ngerous roads in the world. They are so fr!gh*tening that people think twice before driving through it and drivers must be very careful while driving on the road. 
 
 
1. Passage De Gois (France): The road is in France and looks like a very decent road but as the tide comes in half of the road gets covered with water. Drivers some times get confused and end up in the road. Similarly the road is also covered with water and sea weed which makes it as slippery as ice. 
2. Patiopoulo- Perdikaki Road (Greece): The road is 500 meters long and has very bendy curves with almost no side guards. The truck drivers drive at very high speed which makes this road even more d@ng*erous. 
3.Luxor- Al- Hurghada Road (Egypt): Locals usually tell people to stay away from this road because the road passes through a very deserted area and is known to be a hub for criminals and terrorists. 
4. Taroko Gorge Road (Taiwan): The road is known to be the country’s most deadliest stretch of road. 
5. Skippers Canyon Road (New Zealand): This is a very dangerous road in New Zealand and even insurance a=companies are not ready to pay of you drive through this road. The road has very less safety features and barriers. 
6. Halsema Highway (Philippines): This road is very narrow and is almost unusable during the rainy seasons. Similarly tour buses drive at high speed through the highway which results in even more accidents. 
7. Tianmen Mountain Road (China): This Chinese roadway is not for the faint hearted. This road has 99 hair pin turns and is very deadly. 
8. Eyre Highway (Australia): This road might seen very good and decent but it passes through the most remote areas in Australia with no human civilization to be seen. The road is also so straight that drivers have hard time focusing on the road.

The mystifying square patch in the North Atlantic Ocean is 500,000 km and has been blamed for the disappearance of at least 75 planes and hundreds of ships. But the oddly-shaped clouds may hold the secret to the vanishing acts. 
 
The so called air bombs create such powerful winds that they generate 45 ft high winds. 
Meteorologist Randy Cerveny said, ‘These types of hexagonal shapes over the ocean are in essence air bombs. They are formed by what are called micro bursts and they’re blasts of air that come down out of the bottom of a cloud and then hit the ocean and then create waves that can sometimes be massive in size as they start to interact with each other.’ 
 
Researchers even added that over the western tip of Bermuda Island, massive clouds were appearing and they ranged from 20 to 55 miles across. 
Satellite meteorologist at Colorado State University Dr Steve Miller added, ‘You don’t typically see straight edges with clouds. Most of the time, clouds are random in their distribution.’

यसैगरी हाम्रो समाजमा अझै पनि बिहान – बेलुका छोरी, बुहारी भान्सामा खाना पकाउन सुरु गर्नासाथ “साग पकाउन भन्दा अलि बढी तेल, खुर्सानी, मसलाहरु हालेर पकाउ है नत्र खल्लो होला” भनेर निर्देशित गरिन्छ अनि कसरी स्वस्थ, स्फुर्त भएर लामो समय बाच्न सकिन्छ र ? बिश्वमै लामो आयु भएको जापानीहरु जस्तो । 
 
तर, अहिले भने कमसेकम खाना कस्तो खाने, के के खाने ? कस्तो खानाले स्वस्थमा असर गर्छ? भन्ने कुराहरुमा अलिकति राम्रो चेतना जाग्दै आएको छ । त्यसैले आजका भान्साहरुमा पहिले जस्तो दिनहु, चिल्लो पिरो मासु लगायतका मसलादार तरकारीमात्र पाक्न कम हुदैछ । बिहान मासु खाए बेलुका साग, भोलिपल्ट माछा पाक्न थालेको छ । यधपी खुर्सानी, तेल, नुन मसला (खै के के मिसावट भएको) को मात्रा भने कम हुन सकेको छैन जस्तो लाग्छ मलाई । त्यसैले हामीले पनि, आफ्नो स्वस्थमा ख्याल गर्दै, स्वस्थमा हानी गर्ने खानेकुरा कुराहरु घटाउदै हल्का तेल, मसला मात्र प्रयोग गरेको खानेकुरा र सन्तुलित भोजन लिने बानि बसाल्न थाल्यौं भने पक्कै पनि नेपाल पनि कुनै दिन संसारको लामो आयु भएको देश भनेर चिनिने छ । 
 
अब प्रसंग बदलौं, जापानीजहरु किन संसारमै लामो समय बाच्न सक्छन भनेर ? हो, जापान संसारमै मानिसको औसत आयु लामो भएको देश भनेर चिनिन्छ । WHO को २०१२ मा गरिएको सर्वेक्षणले जापान बिश्व भरिमा महिलाको औसत आयु ८६ वर्ष र पुरुषको ८० बर्ष रहेको छ । भने हाम्रो देश नेपाल को औसत आयु पुरुष ६७ वर्ष र महिला ६९ मात्र रहेको छ यस्तो फरक किन त ? जापानिज हरु धेरै लामो समय बाच्नु अनि नेपालीहरु धेरै बाच्न नसक्नु, यसका धेरै कारणहरु छन् । 
 
१ खानामा सन्तुलन: 
जापानीहरुले पनि प्राय तीन चोटी नै खान्छन हामीले जस्तै । बिहान हल्का खाना, १२ बजेतिर बिहानको खाना अनि बेलुकाको खाना । तर फरक यत्ति हो हामीले खाने खाना संग प्राय दाल, तरकारी र अचार मात्र हुन्छ भने यिनीहरु खाने खानामा सन्तुलन मिलाइएको हुन्छ । जापानीहरुको खानामा बनाउन जतिसुकै अल्छी लागेपनि ,थोरै खाना, (तेल मसला कम प्रयोग गरिएको अथवा उसिनेको )माछा, सुप, गेडागुडी, सीफुड, काँचो माछा (मुटु रोग बाट बचाऊछ) , तोउफु उसिनेको तरकारी, अर्गानिक चिया (क्यान्सर बाट बचाऊछ) आदि हुने गर्दछन । यसै गरि यिनीहरु खानामा चिल्लो, पिरो मसलादार फ्याटयुक्त खानेकुरा प्रयोग गर्ने गर्दैनन गरे पनि थोरै मात्रामा । त्यसैले यस्ता खानेकुरामा शरीरको लागि आवश्यक पर्ने कर्बोहैद्रेट, प्रोटिन लगायत अन्य भिटामिनहरुको सन्तुलन मिलेको हुन्छ, र यस्ता खाने कुराले शरीरका कुनैपनि अंग लाई खराब गर्ने गर्दैनन भनेर डाक्टर हरु बताउँछन्।
