अर्जुनधारा झापा जिल्लामा पर्ने हिन्दू तीर्थस्थल हो। यो नेपालको मेची अञ्चलको झापा जिल्लाको शनि-अर्जुन नगरपालिकामा अवस्थित छ। पहिले अर्जुनधारा गाविसमा पर्ने यो धाममा शिव मन्दिर, विष्णु मन्दिर र अन्य मन्दिरमा पूजाआजा गर्नेको जहिल्यै भीडभाड भइरहन्छ । खासगरी महाशिवरात्रि, बालाचतुर्दशी, कृष्णजन्माष्टमी, माघे सङ्क्रान्ति आदि अनेक पर्वमा अत्यन्त घुइँचो हुन्छ । जाँड रक्सी र धुम्रपान समेत निषेधित गरिएको अर्जुनधारा क्षेत्र परिसर भित्र अर्जुनले वाण हानी पानी निकालेको प्राचीन पोखरी रभ्ने यसको बीचमा अर्जुनले गाईलाई पानी ख्वाईरहेको मूर्ति स्थापित गरिएको छ। सातकुने उक्त पोखरीको दक्षिण तर्फ पञ्चधातुबाट निर्मित ५ वटा धाराहरू छन् जसबाट निरन्तर चिसो पानी बगिरहन्छ भने पोखरीभित्र विभिन्न जातका रङ्गी विरङ्गी माछाहरू पाइन्छन्।<br /> २०५५ सालको हुलाक टिकटमा समेत चित्रांकित अर्जुनधारा क्षेत्रमा प्रत्येक वर्ष लाखौं स्वदेशी तथा भारतीय तीर्थ यात्रीहरूले भ्रमण गर्ने गरेको पाइन्छ। यहाँ शिव, गणेश, नाग, हनुमान र सरस्वती आदि देवी देवताका मूर्तिहरूका अतिरिक्त विवाह, कर्मकाण्ड, यज्ञकक्ष, क्रियापुत्री कक्ष, धर्मिक कार्यक्रम वाचन तथा श्रोता कक्ष आदिको स्थापना गरिएको पाइन्छ। यो धाम पूर्वीय दर्शनमा आधारित एवं संस्कृत शिक्षाबाट प्रभावित रहेको छ । यस स्थानमा संस्कृत मा.वि. र वेदविद्यापीठ समेत स्थापना गरीएको छ। कालिका स्थानको गार्गी विद्यापीठ भने गुरुकुल शिक्षा पद्धतिमा आधारित छ । अर्जुनधारा परिसरभित्र संचालित वेद विद्यापीठमा व्राम्हणका अतिरिक्त दलित जातका विधार्थीहरुलाई समेत पढाउने गरीएको छ ।<br /> अर्जुनधारामा प्रत्येक वर्ष बालाचतुर्दशी र श्रावण महिनाभर मेला लाग्ने गर्दछ, जुन अवसरहरूमा देश भित्रका र भारतबाट समेत भक्तजनहरूआउने गर्दछन।<br /> नामाकरण<br /> महाभारत कालमा पाण्डवहरू लुकेर यीनै स्थानमा गुप्तवास बसेका र दु्र्योधन लगायत कौरवहरूले उक्तपत्ता लगाई पाण्डवहरूको गुप्तवास भंग गर्न विराट राजाका नौ लाख गाईहरू हरण गरी लगेको तथा कौरवहरूले गाई हरण गरेको स्थान गौ हरण तथा यसको अपभ्रंश भई गोरुवा हुदै गरुवा भएको बताइन्छ, जुन स्थान हाल इलाम जिल्लाको दानाबारी गाविसमा पर्दछ। हरण गरेर लगेका गाईहरू कौरव पक्षले गौहटी (हाल आसाम राज्यको गुहाटी) पुर्याएका थिए र पाण्डव पक्षका वीर योद्धा बृहन्नला (नपुसक)को रूपमा लुकेर बसेका अर्जुनले लुटिएका गाईहरू कौरवहरू सँग युद्ध गरी फिर्ता ल्याउँदा अत्यन्तै तिर्खाएकाले जलदेवता भगवान शिवको आरधना गरी जमीनमा प्रर्जन्य अस्त्र (पानी निकाल्ने यन्त्र, वाणको माध्यम)ले पानी निकाली गौमातालाई खुवाएको स्थानका रूपमा यस स्थानलाई लिइन्छ। यहाँ निरन्तर धाराको रूपमा पानी बगिरहेको हुनाले यसलाई अर्जुनधारा धाम भनिएको हो भन्ने किवदन्ती छ।<br /> भौगोलिक अवस्थिति<br /> पूर्वको पशुपतिनाथ भनेर परिचित अर्जुनधारा जलेश्वरधाम झापा जिल्लाको नव-गठित शनिअर्जुन नगरपालिका (पहिले अर्जुनधारा गा.वि.स,वडा नं.-४) मा अवस्थित छ । अर्जुनधारा जलेश्वरधाम झापा जिल्लाको विर्तामोडबाट लगभग ५ कि.मी. उत्तरको गए पछि शनिश्चरे बजारबाट पश्चिमतर्फ करीब ६ मिनट जति हिँडेपछि अर्जुनधारा जलेश्वर धाममा पुग्न सकिन्छ । उक्त यात्रा बस, ट्याक्सी अदि चढेर गर्न सकिन्छ ।<br /> धार्मिक तथा पर्यटकीय महत्त्व<br /> महाभारत कालमा पाण्डवहरू लुकेर यीनै स्थानमा गुप्तवास भंग गर्न विराट राजाका नौ लाख गाईहरू हरण गरी लगेको तथा कौरवहरूले गाई हरण गरेको स्थान गौ हरण तथा यसको अपभ्रंश भई गोरूवा हुदै गरूवा भएको बताइन्छ,जुन स्थान हाल इलाम जिल्लाको दानाबारी गाविसमा पर्दछ। हरण गरेर लगेका गाईहर कौरव पक्षले गौहटी(हाल आसाम राज्यको गुहाटी) पुर्यागएका थिए र पाण्डव पक्षका वीर योद्धा बृहन्नला (नपुसक) को रूपमा लुकेर बसेका अर्जुनले लुटिएका गाईहरू कौरवहरू सँग युद्ध गरी फिर्ता ल्याउँदा अत्यन्त तिर्खाएकाले जलदेवता भगवान शिवको आरधना गरी जमिनमा प्रर्जन्य अस्त्र (पानी निकाल्ने यन्त्र,वाणको माध्यम) ले पानी निकाली गौमातालाई खुवाएको स्थानका रूपमा यस स्थानलाई लिइन्छ। यँहा निरन्तर धाराको रूपमा पानी बगिरहेको हुनाले यसलाई अर्जुनधारा धाम भनिएको हो भन्ने किवदन्ती छ। जाँड रक्सी र धुम्रपान समेत निषेधित गरिएको अर्जुनधारा क्षेत्र परिसर भित्र अर्जुनले वाण हानी पानी निकालेको प्राचीन पोखरी छ भने यसको बीचमा अर्जुनले गाईलाई पानी ख्वाईरहेको मूर्ति स्थापित गरिएको छ। सातकुने उक्त पोखरीको दक्षिण तर्फ पंचधातुबाट निर्मित ५ वटा धाराहरू छन् जसबाट निरन्तर चिसो पानी बगिरहन्छ भने पोखरीभित्र विभिन्न जातका रंगी विरंगी माछाहरू पाइन्छ। २०५५ सालको हुलाक टिकटमा समेत चित्रांकित अर्जुनधारा क्षेत्रमा प्रत्येक वर्ष लाखौं स्वदेशी तथा भारतीय तीर्थ यात्रीहरूले भ्रमण गर्ने गरेको पाईन्छ ।

पशुपतिनाथ मन्दिरस्थित वाग्मती नदीमा शुक्रबार बिहान राताम्ये भएका श्रद्धालुहरुको भीड थियो ।पौराणिक सहर साँखुमा पुस २८ गतेदेखि सुरु भएको माधवनारायण स्वस्थानीका ब्रतालुहरु बिहीबार साँझ पशुपतिनाथ आएका हुन् । एक महिने माधवनारायण स्वस्थानीका ब्रतालुहरु एवं रितले उपत्यकाका अन्य नदी तलाउमा पनि यसैगरी पूजापाठ तथा स्नान गर्छन् ।<br /> पौष शुक्ल पूर्णिमादेखि सुरु भएको ब्रत माघ शुक्ल पूर्णिमासम्म लाग्नेछ ।माधवनारायणको व्रत बस्ने व्रतालुले पूर्णिमाको अघिल्लो दिन हात/गोडाको नङ्ग काटी, एकचित्त भई, निराहार बस्ने, पूर्णिमाको बिहानै नदीमा स्नान गरी पूजा गर्ने, शङ्खजल ग्रहण गरी मन्त्रोच्चारण गर्ने प्रचलन छ । मन्त्रोच्चारण गरेपछि शङ्खजल ग्रहण गरेपछि कसैलाई छुन नहुने तथा जुत्ता लगाउन नहुने परम्परा छ ।<br /> <br /> यस वर्ष १५ पुरुषसहित १ सय ९३ व्रतालु छन् । व्रत बसेका सबै आइपुगेपछि मात्र अरू काम सुरु हुन्छ । सबैले एकैपटक अध्यारो छँदै स्नान गर्नुपर्ने, व्रत बसेकाले जुत्ता लगाउने कसैलाई छुन नहुने, रातो वस्त्र मात्र लगाउनुपर्ने, आफूले पनि जुत्ता, चप्पल लगाउन नहुने, एक महिनाभर नुन बार्ने र दूध, घिउ, चाकु, रातो मुला, सुन्तलाजस्ता खाद्यान्न मात्र भोजनका रूपमा ग्रहण गर्नुपर्ने परम्परा रहेकाले यो कठिन मानिन्छ । तर, नियममा रही व्रत बसे मनोकांक्षा पूर्ण हुने विश्वास छ ।

देवताका पनि देवता महादेव यस सृष्टिका आधारभूत कारण हुन् । पुराणका अनुसार, उनले नै ब्रम्हा, बिष्णु तथा महेशको रुपमा सृष्टिको रचना, सञ्चालन तथा सम्भारको कार्य सम्हालेका थिए ।उनलाई विश्वको प्रथम गुरु पनि भनिन्छ, जसले मानव जातिको कल्याणका लागि योग, तन्त्र, मन्त्र तथा अन्य विधिहरुको ज्ञान दिएका थिए । शिवपुराणमा महादेवका बारेमा यस्ता केही कुरा भनिएको छ, जुन एकदमै गुप्त मानिएको छ । आउनुहोस्, जान्नुहोस्, के–के छन् ।<br /> <br /> पिनाक धनुष – शिवको धनुषको नाम पिनाक हो । भनिन्छ, यस धनुषको झन्कारले पर्वत नै हल्लिने गर्थ्यो । यस धनुषको एउटै तीरले त्रिपुरासुरको सबै नगरीलाई समाप्त पारेको थियो । पछि यो धनुषलाई देवताहरुलाई दिए र देवताहरुले राजा जनकलाई दिए । यही धनुषले भगवान रामले सीताको स्वयम्बरमा भंग गरेका थिए ।<br /> <br /> चक्र – भोलेनाथको चक्रको नाम भवरेंद्ध हो । यद्यपी, धेरै कमलाई थाहा छ, कि भगवान कृष्णको सुदर्शन चक्रको निर्माण महादेवले नै गरेका थिए । पछि यस चक्रलाई विष्णुजीलाई दिइयो, र विष्णुले पार्वतीलाई, पार्वतीले परशुरामलाई दिए । त्यस्तै परशुरामले भागवान कृष्णलाई दिएका थिए ।<br /> <br /> त्रिशूल – भगवान शिवको त्रिशूल दैहिक, दैविक तथा भौतिक कष्टहरुको विनाश गर्ने भनि चिनिन्छ । यो त्रिशूल अचूक तथा संहारक हुनका साथसाथै भक्तहरुको प्राणरक्षा पनि गर्छ ।<br /> <br /> वासुकी नाग – भगवान शिवको घाँटीमा बेरिएको नागको नाम वासुकी हो । यसअघि कुनै पनि नागवंशको सुरुवात भएको थिएन । वासुकी नाग दोस्रो नागको राजा हो, पहिलो शेषनाग हो ।<br /> <br /> १२ गण – शिवपुराणमा भगवान शिवको १२ प्रमुख गण बताइएको छ । जसका नाम क्रमशः भैरव, वीरभद्र, मणिभद्र, चंसि, नंदी, श्रृंगी, भृगिरिटी, शैल, गोकर्ण, घंटाकर्ण, जय र विजय हुन् । यसबाहेक पिशाच, दैत्य र राक्षसलाई पनि गण मानिएको छ ।<br /> <br /> <br />

जन नुनबिना खल्लो हुन्छ । खल्लोपनलाई मेटाउने प्रयास गर्दा कतिपयलाई चर्को नुन खाने बानी नै बस्छ । जब स्वास्थ्यमा गढबढी उत्पन्न हुन्छ तबमात्र चर्को नुनले हानी गर्छ भन्ने थाहा हुन्छ ।<br /> बढी नुन खानु स्वास्थ्यका लागि हानिकारक सिद्ध मानिन्छ । यसले पेटको क्यान्सर बढाउन भरपर्दो सहयोग पुर्‍याउँछ । बजारमा उपलब्ध तयारी खाद्यपदार्थ, बिर्को बन्द खाने कुरा हाम्रो शरीरका लागि ठूलो शत्रु हो । यहाँसम्म कि ब्रड, तारेको केराउको गेडा, बिर्को बन्द मासु र मासुको अचार आदिमा बढी नुन हुुन्छ । जसको सेवन गर्नाले हाम्रो शरीरमा नुनको मात्रा खतरनाक लेवलमा पुग्छ । प्रतिदिन १२ ग्राम नुनको सेवन मात्र पनि क्यान्सरलाई निम्त्याउन पर्याप्त मानिन्छ । ब्रिटेनको क्यान्सर रिसर्च सेन्टरले भर्खर मात्र के जानकारी दिएको छ भने पेटको क्यान्सरले मात्र पनि ब्रिटेन जस्तो विकसित देशमा प्रतिवर्ष करिब ६४ सय मानिसको ज्यान लिइरहेको पाइएको छ ।<br /> बच्चा तथा किशोरहरूको निम्ति त यसको एक चौथाइ मात्र नुन पर्याप्त मानिएको छ । यसका साथै ब्रिटेनमा धेरैजसो मानिस ९ ग्रामभन्दा बढी नुन खाने गरेको पाइयो । यसको प्रमुख कारण के हो भने तयारी खाद्यपदार्थ र पेयपदार्थको सेवन बढी हुने गरेको पाइन्छ जुन नुनको भण्डार भन्दा पनि फरक नपर्ला ।<br /> हाम्रो नेपाली बजारमा पनि तयारी खाद्यपदार्थमा नुनको मात्रा बढी हुन्छ । यस्तो कि म:म:, चाउमिन, चटामरी, पिज्जाजस्ता खानामा नुनको मात्रा चर्को रहने गरेको छ । जसले पूरै दिनको नुनको मात्रा एक पटक गरेको लञ्च वा डिनरबाट उठिहाल्छ ।<br /> मुटु र मस्तिष्कको शत्रु हो नुन<br /> नुनले पेटको क्यान्सरका साथै हार्टएटेक र ब्रेन स्ट्रोकको सम्भावनालाई पनि बढाउँछ । डाक्टरका अनुसार बढी नुन भएको खाना खाँदा पेटको क्यान्सर नबढाउन मद्दत गर्दछ । त्यति मात्र होइन नुनको कम सेवनले पेटको क्यान्सर हुन नदिई दिमागलाई सन्तुलनमा राख्न मद्दत पुर्‍याउादछ । हुन त यो सबै रोगको जड नुन नै हो भन्ने तथ्य सही नभएपछि रासायनिक पदार्थ जुन तयारी खाद्य पदार्थमा मिसाउने गरिन्छ । सोको सेवनले क्यान्सरलाई बढाउन मद्दत पुर्‍याइरहेको छ । एउटा कुरा के छ भने उच्च रक्तचाप र मुुटुको बिरामीलाई चर्को नुनको सेवन नै दोषी मानिन्छ । त्यसैले चर्को नुन खाादा आमाशयमा पोल्ने र खोच्ने काम हुन जान्छ । जसको विकसित रूप भनेको पछि गएर पेटसम्बन्धी क्यान्सर हुनु हो ।<br /> भर्खरै जापानमा यही समस्याका बारेमा अध्ययन सम्पन्न भएको छ । वृद्ध–वृद्धाहरूमा गरिएको एक अध्ययनअनुसार करिब ४० हजार मानिसमा ११ वर्षदेखि खानपिनसम्बन्धी अध्ययन गर्दा के पत्ता लागेको छ भने प्रतिदिन १२ देखि  १५ ग्रामसम्म खुन खाने व्यक्तिमा पेटको क्यान्सर र मुुटुको समस्या दोब्बर बढेर गएको पाइएको छ । यसरी के सिद्ध हुन्छ भने जुन व्यक्ति नुनिलो पदार्थको सेवन तीव्र रूपमा गर्छन् र फलफूल, हरियो सागपातको सेवन कम गर्छन् भने उसको पेटको क्यान्सर र शरीरका अन्य भागमा विभिन्न गढबडी देखा पर्न थाल्छ । आश्यर्च लाग्दो कुरा के छ भने पुरुषको संख्या चर्को नुन खाने वर्गमा अगाडि रहेका छन् ।<br /> नुन कति खाने ?<br /> फुड स्टान्डर्ड एजेन्सी र युके हेल्थ डिपार्टमेन्टले तोकेको माप दण्ड अनुसार प्रतिदिन बढीमा ६ ग्राम नुन शरीरको निम्ति आवश्यक रहेको बताएको छ । १ देखि ६ वर्षसम्मका बच्चाका लागि प्रतिदिन मात्र २ ग्राम नुन पर्याप्त मानिन्छ । ७ देखि १४ वर्षका बढदो उमेर समूहका बालबालिकाहरूका लागि ५ ग्राम नुन पर्याप्त छ । एक चिम्ती नुन भनेको ०दशमलव २५ ग्राम हो । तसर्थ, एक चम्चामा करिब ५ ग्राम नुन अटाउाछ ।<br /> ब्रिटेनमा सरकारले तयारी डिब्बाबन्द खाद्य पदार्थमा कम नुन हाल्न फुड इन्डट्रिमा आदेश जारी  गरिदिएको छ । तर, नेपालमा त्यस्तो प्रकारको कुनै नीति नभएकाले व्यापारिहरूले मनपर्दो ढंगले आफ्नो तयारी खाद्य पदार्थमा नुन हाल्ने गरेका छन् । जुन–जुन मानिसको स्वास्थ्यसम्बन्धी ठूलो खेलबाड भैरहेको छ ।<br /> नेपाल बजारमा व्याप्त आलुचिप्स, भुजिया, पापड र त्यस्तै अचार आदि आदिमा नुनको मात्रा बढी रहने गरेको छ । हामीलाई नुन तिखो भएन भने खाना रुच्दैन । जुन कुरा हाम्रो शरीरलाई यसले भित्र–भित्र खोक्रो पारिरहेको छ । नुन चााहि कडा चाहिने नेपाली परिपाटीमा पानी खानुलाई कञ्जुस्याई गरिन्छ । त्यसैले पनि यहााका अधिकांश मानिसमा पेटसम्बन्धी गडबडी साझा रोग भएको छ । जो कोही पनि पेटको समस्याले ग्रसित छन् ।

नेपालमा प्रत्येक वर्ष ६ देखि सात लाख महिला गर्भवती हुने नेपाल सरकारको तथ्यांक छ । त्यसमध्ये ६० प्रतिशत योजनाबद्ध रूपमा गर्भवती हुन्छन् भने ४० प्रतिशत योजनाविना नै गर्भवती हुने गरेका छन् । योजना नै नबनाई गर्भवती भएका महिलामा पनि ५४ प्रतिशतले गर्भपतन गराउाछन् । यसरी योजनाविना नै गर्भवती हुादा धेरै युवतीमा अनावश्यक तनाव हुन जान्छ । साथै, यो अवस्थामा देखिने स्वाभाविक परिवर्तनदेखि लिएर कहिलेकाहीा हुने जटिल अवस्थाको विषयमा पनि उनीहरूलाई थाहा हुादैन । त्यसकारण योजनाबद्ध रूपमा गर्भधारण हुनु नै उपयुक्त हुने प्रसुती तथा स्त्रीरोग  प्रा.डा. जागेश्वर गौतम बताउाछन् ।<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> गर्भावस्थामा हुने परिवर्तन र जटिलता थाहा भएका युवतीहरूमा सो समयमा त्यति धेरै समस्या नपर्ने उनको भनाइ छ । ‘युवतीहरूलाई कहिलेकाहीा गर्भावस्थामा हुने सामान्य परिवर्तनका विषयमा पनि जानकारी हुादैन र धेरै आत्तिएको पाइन्छ,’ उनी भन्छ, ‘कहिलेकाहीा अज्ञानताकै कारण गर्भवती र बच्चाको अवस्था जटिल भइसक्दा पनि स्वास्थ्य संस्थामा गएको पाइादैन ।’<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> योजनाबद्ध रूपमा गर्भवती भएपछि पनि गर्भावस्थाको नियमित परीक्षण गर्नुपर्ने स्त्रीरोग विशेषज्ञ डा. ज्योति अग्रवाल बताउाछिन् । ‘गर्भवती भएपछि कम्तीमा पनि चारपटक स्वास्थ्य संस्था गएर गर्भ जााच गराउनुपर्छ,’ उनी भन्छि, ‘अझ गर्भ असामान्य अवस्थामा छ या महिलामा विभिन्न किसिमका समस्या देखिएका छन् भने विशेष ख्याल गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ ।’<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> गर्भवती हुने योजना बनाएपछि<br /> <br /> गर्भवती हुने प्रयास गर्ने वेलादेखि नै फोलिक एसिड चक्की लिने । यसले बच्चाका अंगहरूको विकासलाई सहयोग गर्छ ।<br /> गर्भाधान गर्नुअघि मधुमेह, उच्च रक्तचाप, दम, थाइराइड हार्मोन, छारेरोग, मुटुको रोग छ भने त्यस्ता रोगलाई नियन्त्रणमा राख्नु आवश्यक हुन्छ ।<br /> बारम्बार गर्भपतन भइरहने महिलाहरूले राम्रोसाग सबै कुराको जााच गराएर मात्र गर्भवती हुनु राम्रो हुन्छ।<br /> <br /> <br /> गर्भावस्थामा हुनसक्ने सामान्य शारीरिक परिवर्तनहरू<br /> <br /> कमजोर महसुस हुने ।<br /> सामान्य टाउको दुख्ने ।<br /> सामान्य बमिट हुने ।<br /> ढाड दुख्ने ।<br /> खुट्टा सुन्निने ।<br /> खुट्टाका नसा सुन्निने ।<br /> सामान्य पेट दुख्ने ।<br /> पोतो आउने ।<br /> छाला चिल्लो र कलिलो हुने ।<br /> (नोट यस्ता समस्या आफौ ठीक हुन्छ।)<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> गर्भावस्थाका असामान्य अवस्था<br /> योनीबाट पिसाबजस्तो पातलो पानी जानु ।<br /> रक्तश्राव हुनु ।<br /> लगातार टाउको दुखेमा, रिंगटा लागेमा, पिसाबको मात्रा कम हुनु ।<br /> बढी खोकी लाग्नु ।<br /> बच्चा नचलेमा या कम चलेमा (१२ घन्टामा कम्तीमा १० पटक चल्नुपर्छ)<br /> बच्चा तेर्सो या उल्टो बस्नु ।<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> गर्भवती भएपछि<br /> <br /> गर्भवती भएको थाहा पाउनासाथ स्वास्थ्य संस्थामा जाचाउने ।<br /> आफूखुसी औषधि सेवन नगर्ने ।<br /> सरसफाइमा विशेष ध्यान दिने ।<br /> घरमा बनाएको खाना मात्र खाने ।<br /> प्रत्येक दिन कम्तीमा दुई गिलास दूध, फलफूल, हरियो सागपात, उम्रेको गेडागुडी खाने।<br /> धेरै बेर खाली पेट नबस्ने, छिनछिनमा थोरै–थोरै खाइरहने ।<br /> धुम्रपान नगर्ने र अरूले गरेको स्थानमा पनि नबस्ने, मद्यपान नगर्ने ।<br /> गह्रुागो भारी नबोक्ने, सवारीसाधन आफौ नहााक्ने, लामो दूरीको यात्रा नगर्ने ।<br /> दिउासो कम्तीमा दुई घन्टा आराम गर्ने ।<br /> मानसिक तनाव नलिने ।<br /> सुत्दा सकेसम्म देब्रे कोल्टे फर्किएर सुत्ने ।<br /> लामो समय उभिएर काम नगर्ने, खुट्टा झुन्ड्याएर नबस्ने ।<br /> सुतेर उठ्दा पहिले कोल्टे फर्कने अनि मात्र उठ्ने ।<br /> सुरुको दुई महिना र अन्तिम महिनामा यौनसम्पर्क नराख्दा राम्रो हुन्छ ।<br /> गर्भावस्थाका कारण उच्च रक्तचाप वा मधुमेह देखापर्न सक्छ । थाइराइड हर्मोन कम भएका महिलाले थाइराइडको औषधि सेवन नगरेमा जन्मने बच्चा सुस्त मनस्थितिको हुनसक्छ ।<br /> बच्चा ठाउामा भए नभएको, राम्रो विकास भएरनभएको वा बच्चाको संख्या थाहा पाउन ६ देखि आठ हप्तामा अल्ट्रासाउन्ड जााच गराउनुपर्छ ।<br /> बच्चा अपांगता भएरनभएको हेर्न १८ देखि २० हप्तामा पुन अल्ट्रासाउन्ड गर्नुपर्छ ।<br /> <br /> <br /> सुत्केरी भएपछि<br /> <br /> सफा लुगा लगाउने ।<br /> भित्री लुगा दैनिक दुई–तीनपटक फेर्ने ।<br /> सेनेटरी प्याडको प्रयोग गर्ने ।<br /> व्याक्तिगत सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिने ।<br /> बन्द कोठामा धुवाा आउने चिज नबाल्ने ।<br /> बच्चालाई दिने नियमित खोप दिने ।<br /> ३५ वर्षअगाडि नै उपयुक्त<br /> <br /> <br /> महिलामा बच्चा बन्न चाहिने अन्डा हुन्छ । जुन अन्डासयमा रहेको हुन्छ । यो निश्चित समयसम्म हुन्छ । जब अन्डाहरू सिद्धिन्छन् महिलाको रजस्वला वा मासिक धर्मको चक्र सकिन्छ । प्राय यो चक्र ४७ वर्षको उमेर सेरोफेरोमा सकिने गरेको पाइन्छ । मासिक धर्म रोकिनु १० वर्षअगाडि नै महिलामा उर्वरता न्यून भइसकेको हुन्छ । कुनै–कुनै महिलामा करिब शून्यकै अवस्थामा पुगिसकेको हुन्छ । त्यसकारण महिला ३५ वर्ष कटेपछि बच्चा रहने सम्भावना कम हुन्छ । अन्डाको विकासमा कमी हुनुसागै उमेर बढ्दै जाादा देखिने शारीरिक समस्याले पनि असर गर्ने प्रा.डा. गौतम बताउाछन् ।<br /> <br /> <br />

राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषद् विघट्न गर्ने खेलकुद मन्त्रीको तयारी<br /> काठमाडौँ, १५ माघ । सरकारले राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषद् विघटन गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ । तत्कालिन केपी शर्मा ओली नेतृत्वको सरकारले गठन गरेको परिषद्लाई युवा तथा खेलकुम मन्त्रालयले विघटन गर्ने तयारी गरेको हो ।<br /> <br /> शनिबार रिपोर्टर्स क्लबमा आयोजित साक्षात्कारमा खेलकुद मन्त्री दलजित श्रीपाइलीले राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषदको विवाद सतहमा आइसकेको उल्लेख गर्दै यसको समाधानको लागि जस्तोसुकै कदम चाल्न आफू पछि नहट्ने बताए ।<br /> <br /> उनले भने- ‘परिषदमा अहिले समस्या देखा परेको छ, एमालेले एकलौटी रुपमा ६० जिल्लामा नियुक्ती दिएको कुरा बाहिर आएको छ, भागबण्डा राम्रो होइन, यसबारेमा मेरो ध्यानाकार्षण भैरहेको छ, नयाँ संविधान अनुसार पनि परिषद्लाई समावेशी–समानूपातिक बनाउनुपर्छ, यसमा १ करोड ७ लाख युवाहरुको भविष्य जोडिएको छ, सबैलाई मान्य हुनेगरि समस्याको समाधान गर्ने वा अपनत्व हुने खालको परिषद बनाउँछु ।’<br /> <br /> परिषदको विवाद समाधानको लागि अब के गर्ने विघटन गर्ने वा बाँकीमा भागबण्डा मिलाउने ? वा के गर्ने भन्नेबारेमा भने उनले स्पष्ट जवाफ दिएनन् । तर, यो विवाद समाधानको लागि आफूलाई नै सम्पूर्ण अधिकार दिइएकोले आवश्यक परेको खण्डमा यसको लागि गम्भिर कदम उठाउन पनि आफू पछि नपर्ने उनले स्पष्ट पारे ।<br /> <br /> तत्कालिन प्रधानमन्त्री केपी ओलीले माधव ढुंगेलको अध्यक्षतामा राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषद् गठन गरेका थिए । परिषद्को ६० जिल्लामा शाखा विस्तार भइसकेको छ । परिषद्ले १ करोड १० लाख युवाको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छ ।<br /> <br /> २०६५ सालदेखि एमाले भातृ संगठन युवा संघ नेपालको दबाबमा राष्ट्रिय युवा नीति बनाई कार्यान्वयनमा लैजानुपर्छ भन्ने विषयलाई २०७२ सालमा ओली नेतृत्वको सरकारले परिषद् गठन गर्दै साकार पारेको थियो ।<br /> <br /> ‘ओलम्पिक कमिटीको विवाद अदालतको फैसलाअनुसार समाधान’<br /> खेलकुद मन्त्री श्रीपाइलीले ओलम्पिक कमिटीको विवाद समाधानको लागि आफूले सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश अनुसार निर्णय लिने बताए । ओलम्पिक कमिटीको विवाद समाधानको लागि आफूले सहकार्य, सहमति र एकताबाटै अघि बढ्नको लागि पटक–पटक आग्रह गरिरहेको उल्लेख गर्दै उनले भने– ‘विधि र प्रणालीको सबैले पालना गर्नुपर्छ, अदालतको आदेश कार्यान्यवयन हुनुपर्छ, यसको लागि म सामूहिक छलफलमा समेत बस्छु, संभव रहेन भने म टुलुटुलु हेरेर बस्दिन् ।’ सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश कार्यान्वयन गराउन आफूले एक्सन लिने त्यो गर्दापनि नभए जोखिम मोलेर अलिकति जटिल र कडा बन्ने समेतको चेतावनी दिए ।<br /> <br /> ‘सातौं राष्ट्रिय खेलकुदमा मैले भ्रष्टाचार गरेको छैन्’<br /> मन्त्री श्रीपाइलीले सातौं खेलकुद प्रतियोगितामा आफूलाई भ्रष्टाचार गरेको भनेर गलत आरोप लगाउनेहरुको पछि आफू नदौडिने बताउँदै भने– ‘मलाई गलत र झूठो आरोप लगाइयो, त्यो कुरा अहिले आएर प्रमाणित भैसकेको छ, म खेलकुद क्षेत्रमा आमूल परिवर्तन र विकास गर्नको लागि आएको हुँ, मेरो कुनै स्वार्थ छैन्, म त अब आउने मन्त्रीहरुलाई समेत मेरो नाममा गर्व गर्न लायक बनाउँछु ।’

In an apparent suicide, famous Nepali rapper Anil Adhikari, widely known as Yama Buddha, has been found dead here on Saturday morning. Adhikari’s brother-in-law Resh Marhatta confirmed the death talking to Republica Online. BBC Nepali Service said that the rapper is no more. Quoting the family sources, journalist Bhagirath Yogi of BBC reported that the singer committed suicide in his residence in northern London. According to family sources, the singer was found dead in his bathroom at around 3 am. Adhikari, 29, had been living in London with his wife. The dead body has been kept at Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow. Source added that police have told the family members to contact them only on Monday. It is learnt that the postmortem will be conducted on Wednesday. Marhatta added that the cause for the death will be known only after the postmortem is conducted.

"Nepal said it was not yet ready for the 'open-sky' agreement and it might consider the proposal two years later," said a senior official of the Ministry. Airlines from India and Nepal are now allowed to operate 30,000 seats from each side.The official said India and Nepal signed a memorandum of understanding to set up a joint technical committee to examine Nepal's request for developing new air routes and air entry points at Janakpur, Bhairahawa and Nepalgunj. "The committee will meet in the first week of February to examine the feasibility of the proposed routes," he said. The latest development comes days after India signed an agreement with Sri Lanka, Jamaica, Guyana, Czech Republic, Finland and Spain to allow airlines to operate unlimited flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.Nepal has long been pushing for new airspaces to ease congestion on the existing routes and to save time and cost for air passengers. "Nepal is building a major international airport at Bhairwaha, near the Uttar Pradesh border, and the airport at Pokhara will soon be brought to international standards.

A man was standing on a balcony of the building at Shijiazhuang and he was upset after he lost his iPhone 6 a few days before and he was found leaning against a glass window. He was above 25th floor in the balcony as he was filmed which you can see it here.<br /> <br /> <br /> A rescue team was called and they managed to speak with him and they could push him to safety. Officers were trying to speak with him as you can see it on this footage as well and they could grab and hold him and carry him to balcony. After that they called to local police station. Police than tried to persuade him to step away from the balcony as he was standing with his back against a glass due to which the officers couldn’t rescue him.<br /> <br /> The officers there made the group and talk him down and tried to approach the balcony. After they controlled the situation he was taken to safe area. Here is the footage where you can see this crazy man.

तलबसहित १२/१३ हजार आउँछ। त्यसले परिवार र पढाइ दुवै चल्दै छ।’ उनले बहिनीहरूलाई राम्रो शिक्षा दिलाउनुका साथै आफ्नो पढाइलाई निरन्तरता दिइरहेकी छिन्।<br /> <br /> मनोरञ्जन क्षेत्र अर्थात् होटल, क्याबिन रेस्टुरेन्ट, डान्स बार, मसाज पार्लरजस्ता क्षेत्रमा किशोरकिशोरी काम गरिरहेका भेटिन्छन्। त्यस्तैमध्येकी एक हुन् सोलुखुम्बुकी १६ वर्षीया रश्मिला खडका (नाम परिवर्तित) । उनकी आमा तरकारी बेच्ने गर्थिन्। आमालाई पत्थरी भएपछि घर चलाउन पैसा कमाउनैपर्ने बाध्यता आयो। पहिलोपटक वेटरका रूपमा होटलमा काम गर्न जाँदा उनी १३ वर्षकी मात्र थिइन्।त्यस समयमा उनले सातै दिन रातभर वेट्रेसका रूपमा काम गर्दा ४ हजार तलब पाउँथिन्। ‘डान्स पनि गर्‍यो भने झन् बढी पैसा पाइन्छ भनेपछि दुवै काम गर्ने गरेकी छु,’ खडकाले भनिन्, ‘अहिले दुवै काम गरेपछि मासिक १० हजार जति आउँछ।’<br /> <br /> बेलुका ५/६ बजेपछि बिहानको ३ बजेसम्म काम गर्नुपर्छ । विद्यालय पढदासम्म त १० बजेदेखि स्कुल जानुपर्ने हुँदा खासै कठिनाइ नहुने उनीहरू बताउँछन्। तर, क्याम्पस पढ्न थालेपछि बिहानै जानुपर्ने हुँदा उनीहरूलाई काम र पढाइ दुवै गर्न गाह्रो भइरहेको छ। ‘बिहान कलेज जाँदा सुत्न नपाएर आँखा सुन्निरहेको हुन्छ। साथीहरूले सोधे अर्कै कारण बताइदिन्छु। कलेजमा कसैलाई थाहा भयो भने बेइज्जत हुन्छ,’ थापा भन्छिन्।<br /> <br /> संविधानको मौलिक हकमा कुनै बालबालिकालाई श्रममा लगाउन बन्देज गरेको छ। श्रम ऐन २०४८ र बालश्रम निषेध र नियमन गर्ने ऐन २०५६ अनुसार १६ वर्षमुनिका बालबालिकालाई काममा लगाउन नपाइने र लगाए पनि ६ घण्टाभन्दा बढी लगाउन नपाइने भनिएको छ। कानुनी प्रावधान भए पनि गरिबीका कारण बालबालिका र किशोरकिशोरी अझै श्रम गरिरहेका छन्।<br /> <br /> समाजले रात्रिकालीन पेसालाई अमर्यादित ठानेकैले यस क्षेत्रमा काम गर्ने महिलापुरूष कसैले समाजमा खुलेर पेसामाथि गर्व गर्ने स्थिति छैन । यस क्षेत्रमा कार्यरतले यौन दुव्र्यवहारका घटनासमेत बाल्यकालमै सामना गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ।<br /> <br /> ‘धनी ग्राहक हुन्छन्। रक्सी खाएपछि आफूलाई पनि जबरजस्ती सँगै खाउ भन्ने, जथाभावी बोल्ने, हात लाउने, वस्तुभाउ जस्तो व्यवहार गर्न थाल्छन्,’ खडकाको अनुभव छ।<br /> <br /> कतिपयलाई त साहुले नै यौनकर्ममा संलग्न गराउने बताउँछिन् जोरपाटीस्थित क्याबिन रेस्टुरेन्टमा कार्यरत एक किशोरी । अहिले यस क्षेत्रमा पढेलेखेका आउन थालेका छन् । अहिले पनि किशोरीको संख्या धेरै रहेको महिलाका लागि महिला मञ्चकी अध्यक्ष सिर्जना पुनले बताइन् । ‘सहजै काम पाइन्छ । कम उमेर, सुन्दर, हँसिली भए पुग्यो,’ मकवानपुरकी सरिता लामाले भनिन्, ‘दक्षता हेरिन्न । त्यसैले सीप नसिकेका र सामान्य लेखपढ गर्न जान्ने यो पेसामा सजिलै आउँछन्।’<br /> <br /> पहिले नुवाकोट, धादिङ, सिन्धुपाल्चोकलगायत राजधानीवरपरका महिला यस पेसामा बढी भेटिए पनि भूकम्पपछि गोरखाका युवतीको संख्या बढेको विश्वास नेपालकी तारा भण्डारी बताउँछिन्। यस क्षेत्रमा किशोरको आर्थिक शोषण तुलनात्मक रूपले बढी हुन्छ। १६ वर्षको उमेरदेखि दोहोरीमा नाच्ने तनहुँका असीम गुरुङको अनुभवमा यो क्षेत्रमा लागेका पुरूषले महिलाभन्दा कम पैसा पाउँछन् । ‘केटामान्छे अलराउन्डर हुनुपर्छ,’ उनले थपे, ‘ओभरटाइम गरे पनि पैसा कम पाइन्छ ।’ श्रमजीवी महिलाप्रति डान्सबार, रेस्टुरेन्टमा हुने यौन उत्पीडन नियन्त्रण गर्न सर्वोच्च अदालतले २०६५ मा जारी गरेको निर्देशिकामा यस किसिमका व्यवसाय जिल्लास्तरीय अनुगमन एवं कारबाही समितिअन्तर्गत रहने उल्लेख छ। प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी अध्यक्ष रहेको समितिमा प्रहरी र महिला विकास कार्यालय वा स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी सदस्य रहने व्यवस्था छ। यस क्षेत्रमा कुनै दुव्र्यवहार भए समितिमा उजुरी दिन सकिन्छ। तर, समितिमा उजुरी पर्दैन।<br /> <br /> ‘उजुरी नपरे पनि अनुगमन नियमित भइरहेको छ,’ महिला विकास अधिकृत अनीता अधिकारीले भनिन्, ‘काम गर्नेमा बालिका र किशोरी भेटिए पनि तत्काल उद्धार गर्न सम्भव हुँदैन।’ क्याबिन रेस्टुरेन्ट, होटल, डान्सबार, मसाज पार्लरजस्ता व्यवसाय कुनै घरेलु कार्यालयमा त कुनै नगरपालिकामा दर्ता भएका छन्।<br /> <br /> अधिकांश त दर्तै नगरी सञ्चालन भएका छन्। राज्यसँग यस्ता व्यवसायको संख्या, कार्यरत कर्मचारी, श्रममा संलग्न बालबालिका वा किशोरी केहीको पनि यकिन तथ्यांक छैन । जसले गर्दा यस क्षेत्रलाई व्यवस्थित गर्न कठिन हुने सरोकारवालाहरू बताउँछन्। अनुगमनका क्रममा बालबालिका भेटिए पनि उद्धार गर्न नसकिएको एसपी प्रद्युम्न कार्कीले बताए। ‘यस क्षेत्रमा रहरले कोही बालबालिका गएका हुँदैनन्, उनीहरूलाई विकल्प नदिई कामबाट निकाल्नु भनेको अपराधमा धकेल्नु र झनै गरिब बनाउनु हो,’ कार्कीले भने । तर, यौनजन्य दुव्र्यवहार भए प्रहरीले कारबाही गर्ने उनले बताए।<br /> <br /> विकल्प दिए पेसा परिवर्तन<br /> आमसञ्चार पढदै गरेकी खडका अब यो छाडेर अर्कै पेसा अपनाउने सुरमा छिन्। समाजले थाहा पाए बदनाम हुने डरले उनले पेसा परिवर्तनको तयारी गरेकी हुन्। उनीजस्तै यस क्षेत्रमा संलग्नले अर्को पेसा रोज्न सहज नभएको उनीहरूको गुनासो छ । केही संघसंस्थाको पहलमा सीपमूलक तालिम लिएर अर्को पेसा अपनाउनेको संख्या पनि बढदै छ। अधिकांशले ब्युटी पार्लर सञ्चालन गरिरहेको विश्वास नेपालकी अध्यक्ष भण्डारीले बताइन्।<br /> <br /> अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय श्रम संगठनको नेपाल बालश्रम प्रतिवेदन २०१२ अनुसार नेपालका ५ देखि १७ वर्ष समूहका ४० प्रतिशत कुनै न कुनै श्रममा संलग्न छन्। १६ लाख बालबालिका औपचारिक र अनौपचारिक श्रम क्षेत्रमा संलग्न रहेको तथ्यांक छ।

पछिल्ला केही दिनदेखि बलिउड नायिका श्रद्धा कपुरको बिषयमा गसिप सार्वजनिक भइहेको छ । श्रद्धाले घर छाडेर आफ्नो प्रेमी फरहान अख्तरको घरमा बस्दै आएको खबर सार्वजनिक भएसँगै यससँग सम्बन्धित अन्य घटना पनि भारतीय सञ्चारमाध्यमहरुले बाहिर ल्याएका छन् ।<br /> <br /> श्रद्धा एक सातासम्म फरहानको घरमा बसेपछि उनलाई लिन पिता शक्ति कपुर फरहानको घरमा पुगेको खबर बाहिरिएको छ । यी खबरलाई खण्डन् गर्दै अभिनेता शक्तिले यो सबै गलत समचार भएको बताए ।<br /> <br /> ‘कलाकार भइसकेपछि यस्ता खालका हल्ला आउनु सामान्य नै हो’, नायिका श्रद्धा भन्छिन्, ‘तर, यी सबै खबर गलत हुन्, यस्ता कुराले मलाई खासै फरक पार्दैन ।’<br /> <br /> गलत समाचार सम्प्रेषण गर्ने र त्यसमा पनि परिवारलाई नै जोड्नु झनै गलत भएको भन्दै उनले बाबु–आमाको नाम प्रयोग गरेर गलत समाचारमा नरमाउन भारतीय सञ्चार माध्यहरुलाई भनेकी छिन् ।

सैनिक हेलिकोप्टर दुर्घटनामा १३ बेपत्ता

भेनेजुएलाको एमाजोनस् राज्यको पुएर्टो एयाकुचो र ला इस्मेराल्डाबीच उडिरहेको एक सैनिक हेलिकोप्टर गत डिसेम्बर ३० मा दुर्घटनाग्रस्त भएको स्थानीय सरकारी अधिकारीहरुले सोमबार पुष्टि गरेका छन् ।<br /> <br /> युनियन रेडियो नामक स्थानीय सञ्चार माध्यमका वरिष्ठ अधिकारी लिबोरिओ गुआरुल्लासँग लिएको एक टेलिफोन अन्तर्वार्तामा उडीरहेकै अवस्थामा हेलिकप्टर खसेको बताएका छन् । हेलिकोप्टरमा दुर्घटना भएको पुष्टि भएता पनि यसमा सवार रहेका आठ जना सुरक्षाकर्मी, पाँच सर्वसाधारण सहित १३ जनाको अवस्था अज्ञात भएको जनाइएको छ ।<br /> <br /> दुर्घटना हुनेवित्तकै स्थानीय समुदायको सहभागीतामा खोजी कार्य सुरु गरिएको थियो । गुआरुल्लाका अनुसार विमान के कसरी दुर्घटना भयो भन्ने बारेमा विस्तृत विवरण थाहा नभएको तर उडिरहेको विमाान खसेकोसम्म पुष्टि भएको बताएका छन । उनले आफुहरु आधिकारीक जानकारीको प्रतिक्षामा रहेकोसमेत बताएका  छन ।

एमालेले पाँच दिनको समय मागेपछि विशेष कारण देखाउँदै स्थगित भयो संसदको बैठक,

व्यवस्थापिका–संसद्को आज अपराह्न १ बजेका लागि निर्धारण गरिएको बैठक सूचना टाँस गरेर स्थगन गरिएको छ । सूचनामा विशेष कारणवश आजको बैठक स्थगन गर्नुपरेको जनाउँदै अर्को बैठक यही पुस २४ गते दिनको १ बजे बस्ने जानकारी दिइएको छ । बैठक स्थगन गर्नुअघि संसद्मा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने राजनीतिक दलका नेता र सचेतक सम्मिलित कार्यव्यवस्था परामर्श समितिको बैठक बसेको थियो ।<br /> <br /> प्रमुख प्रतिपक्षी नेकपा (एमाले) लगायत दलले यही पुस २४ गतेसम्मका लागि समय मागेपछि संसद् बैठक स्थगन गरिएको बुझिएको छ । मधेसकेन्द्रित दलले उठाएको माग सम्बोधन गर्न सरकारले गत मङ्सिर १४ गते संसद्मा संविधान सशोधनसम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव दर्ता गराएसँगै विपक्षी दलहरुले त्यसको विरोधमा निरन्तर संसद् अवरोध गर्दै आएका छन् ।<br /> संविधान संशोधन लगायत विषयमा सर्वोच्च अदालतबाट फैसला आएपछि प्रतिपक्ष दलले आगामी मार्ग तय गर्ने गरेको अनुरोधअनुसार बैठक केही दिन पछि धकेलिएको बताइएको छ ।<br /> <br />

काठमाडौं– संसद खुलाउन सहमति जुटाउने प्रयासस्वरुप बसेको शीर्ष तीन दलको बैठक विनानिश्कर्ष सकिएको छ । सोमबार प्रधानमन्त्री कार्यालय सिंहदरबारमा भएको छलफलमा सत्तारुढ दलले संशोधन प्रस्ताव अघि बढाउन एमालेको सहमति मागेको तर त्यसलाई एमालेले अस्विकार गरिदिएपछि वार्ता विफल भएको हो । सत्तारुढ दल एमाले र कांग्रेसले २०७४ माघभित्र चुनाव गर्नुपर्ने बाध्यता रहेकाले आन्दोलनरत दलको माग पूरा गरिनुपर्ने भन्दै संशोधन प्रस्ताव अघि बढाउन एमालेलाई आग्रह गरेको थियो । तर, एमालेले संशोधन प्रस्तावले समस्याको समाधान हुने नभई थप समस्या बल्झिने भन्दै प्रस्ताव फिर्ता लिने अडान लिएको थियो । सत्तापक्ष र प्रतिपक्ष आ–आफ्नै अडानमा टसमस भएसँगै विफल भएको बैठकपछि सञ्चारकर्मीसँग कुराकानी गर्दै माओवादी केन्द्रका नेता नारायणकाजी श्रेष्ठलेसहमतिको प्रयास अझैं जारी रहेको बताए । उनले आफूहरु प्रतिपक्षी र आन्दोलनरत पक्ष (मधेसी मोर्चा) लाई चिढ्यार संसद अघि बढाउने पक्षमा नरहेको समेत बताए । यस्तै कांग्रेस नेता रामचन्द्र पौडेलले एमालेको अडानका कारण सहमति हुन नसकेको भन्दै अब सभामुखले आफ्नो विवेक प्रयोग गर्ने बताए । एमाले नेता बामदेव गाैतम भने संशोधन प्रस्ताव फिर्ता नभएसम्म सहमति नहुने प्रतिक्रिया दिँदै बैठकबाट बाहिरिएका थिए । संशोधन प्रस्तावको विरोधमा एमालेले लगातार संसद अवरुद्ध पार्दै आएको छ । बैठकमा माओवादी केन्द्रबाट प्रधानमन्त्री प्रचण्ड र नारायणकाजी श्रेष्ठ, नेपाली कांग्रेसबाट शेरबहादुर देउवा र रामचन्द्र पौडेल, नेकपा (एमाले) बाट केपी शर्मा ओली र बामदेव गौतम सहभागी थिए । यसैबीच दिउँसो एक बजेको लागि संसद बैठक बोलाइएको छ ।
