२०७०विवाह भन्ने कुरा दुलहा र दुलहीबीचको सम्बन्धमात्र होइन, दुई परिवारबीचको सम्बन्ध पनि हो। जसमा दुलहीको पहिरनले समेत विशेष भूमिका खेलेको हुन्छ। पहिरनले आचरण पनि निर्धारण गर्ने हुनाले यसको विशेष महत्व छ।<br /> विवाहका क्रममा केटा र केटी हेर्ने दिन पनि निकै महत्वपूर्ण हुन्छ। त्यही एक भेट पछि नै विवाह गर्ने कि नगर्ने भन्ने निर्धारण समेत हुन्छ। केटा र केटी हेर्ने दिन दुलहीले लगाएको पहिरनको विशेष भूमिका हुन्छ। पहिरनले कस्तो आचरण तथा स्वभावकी केटी हो भन्ने कुरासमेत चिनाउन सहयोग गर्छ। यो दिन केटीले कुर्ता-सलवार लगाउँदा सोभर लुक आउँछ। कुर्ता-सुरुवाल आफ्नो शरीरको बनाबट, कम्प्लेक्स र अहिले चलिरहेको फेसन ट्रेन्डअनुरूप हुनुपर्छ। अनारकल्ली अहिलेको ट्रेन्ड हो। सदाबहार पञ्जावी कुर्ता-सुरुवाल पनि यस दिनका लागि उपयुक्त हुन्छ। शरीरको लम्बाइ डिजाइन गर्नुपर्छ<br /> <br /> जस्तै ः अग्लो र दुब्लो भए अनारकल्ली कुर्तामा क्लाफ लेन्थको गर्नुपर्छ वेस्ट लेन्ट नर्मल, स्लिभको लम्बाइ थ्री क्वाटरको उपयुक्त हुन्छ। यस्तो पहिरनमा माथिल्लो पार्टमा भेल्भेट र तल्लो भागमा हाफ नेट प्रयोग गर्नुपर्छ।<br /> <br /> होचा दुलहीका लागि पहिरन डिजाइन गर्दा कुर्ताको लम्बाई क्लाफ लेन्थभन्दा लामो गर्नुपर्छ। उचाइ कम भएको भन्नासाथ कम्मर देखि तलको भाग छोटो भन्ने बुझिन्छ। जसमा कपडाको माध्यमले व्यक्तिको हाइट बढेको देखाउन सकिन्छ। साधारणभन्दा अलिकति लामो गर्ने र भरसक नरम कपडा प्रयोगमा ल्याउने तथा  नेक डिजाइन गर्दा डिप ओपन गर्ने तर वाइड नेक ओपन नगर्ने।<br /> <br /> दुलही मोटी छिन् भने पक्कै पनि कि त सोल्जर ठूलो वा पेट ठूलो वा हिपको भाग ठूलो भन्ने बुझिन्छ। आफ्नो शरीरको बनावटमा सोल्जरको भाग फराकिलो छ भने नेक डिजाइन गर्दा डिप कट गर्ने तर वाइड वा बोट नेक उपयुक्त हुँदैन। इम्ब्रोइडरी गराउँदा नेक पार्ट र चेस्ट पार्ट राम्रोसँग डिफाइन भएको हुनुपर्छ।<br /> <br /> रिसेप्सनको दिन लेहेंगा वा साडी लगाउन सकिन्छ। यी पहिरनमा दुलही डिसेन्ट र सोभर देखिन्छिन्। रिसेप्सन पार्टीको दिन साथीभाइ एवं आफन्तहरू आउने हुँदा यो दिन महत्वपूर्ण हुन्छ। यो दिन दुलहीलाई आफू अति सुन्दर देखिने चाहना हुन्छ जसमा पहिरनको विशेष भूमिका हुन्छ। नेपाली शैलीको साडी वा लेहेंगा लगाउँदा राम्रो देखिन्छ। यस्तो पहिरन आफ्नो शरीरिक बनाबट, कम्प्लेक्सन तथा चलिआएको ट्रेन्डअनुसार लगाउनु उपयुक्त हुन्छ।<br /> <br /> साडी लगाउँदा<br /> <br /> ब्लाउजको लम्बाइ र नेक डिजाइन, स्लिभको लम्बाइले बडी डिजाइन गर्नुपर्छ। जस्तै ः लामो ब्लाउज लगाउने। डिप कट नेक डिजाइन गर्नुपर्छ। स्लिभ लेन्ट थ्री क्वाटर लगाउने। कपडा छान्दा नरम तथा फल आउने र सकभर स्टि्रटेबल कपडा छान्ने। कपडाको कलर डार्क तथा ब्राइट रोज्नुपर्छ। सिक्वेन्स वर्क गरिएको कपडा नलगाउने। दुलहीको पहिरन विड्स, जरी वा कास्गेपी वर्क गरिएको हुनुपर्छ।  साडीको बुट्टा मसिनो रोज्ने साथै त्यसको बोर्डर कम होस् भन्ने कुरामा ध्यान पुर्‍याउने।<br /> <br /> लेहेंगा लगाउँदा<br /> <br /> दुलही मोटी छिन् भने लेहेंगाको ब्लाउजको लम्बाइ स्कर्टको लम्बाइ सँगै छोएको हुनुपर्छ। लेहेंगाको नेक डिजाइनमा इम्ब्रोइडरी गर्दा फेबि्रकको कलरमा कन्ट्रास्ट हुनुपर्छ। जसले गर्दा नेक डिजाइन हुन्छ र स्लिम लुक दिन्छ। स्कर्ट लगाउँदा  हिप बोनबाट सुरु गर्नुपर्छ र लम्बाइमा लत्रिएको हुनु जरुरी छ। लेहेंगाको कट पि्रन्स लाइन लिएर कट गर्नुपर्छ जसले गर्दा हिपदेखि थाइसम्मको सेप राम्रो देखिन्छ र स्लिम तथा अग्लो पनि देखाउँछ। डार्क र ब्राइट कलर प्रयोग गर्ने। सिक्वेन्स वर्क छाती, वेस्ट र हिपको भागमा कम गर्ने।<br /> <br /> उचाइ कम भएका दुलहीका लागि लेहेंगा सकभर लहरा डिजाइनमा जानुपर्छ र ब्लाउजको लम्बाइ लामो गर्नुपर्छ। अग्लो र स्लिम लुक्सका लागि ब्लाउज र लेहेंगा थाइसम्म फिटिङ हुनुपर्छ। जसले गर्दा अग्लो देखाउन सहयोग गर्छ। ब्लाउज  र लेहेंगाको स्कर्ट एउटै कलरको हुनुपर्छ। इम्ब्रोइडरी र सल भने फरक कलरको लगाउन सकिन्छ। बोर्डर भएको लेहेंगा लगाउने हो भने कम बोर्डर प्रयोग गर्ने । सकभर स्कर्टमा लामो तथा ठाडो बुट्टा दिने। बुट्टा डिफाइन तथा सफा हुनुपर्छ। दुलहीले जल वर्क इम्ब्रोइडरी नलगाउनु नै हुन्छ। दुलहीका लागि नेट, भेल्भेट, भिस्कोट, सिल्क आदि राम्रो हुन्छ। विवाहका लागि सकभर रातो, पहेंलो, अरेञ्ज, गि्रन तथा गोल्डेन प्रयोग गर्ने। कलरले पनि मान्छे कति खुसी र दुःखी छ परिचित गराउँछ।<br /> <br /> जीवनमा एकपटक गरिने विवाहमा दुलहीको पहिरन उत्कृष्ट हुनुपर्छ। त्यसका लागि दुलहीको हाइट, मोटाइ, रूप, रंग र समयको मागअनुसार पहिरन बनाउनुपर्छ।

किस अर्थात् चुम्बन तपाईं कति मन पराउनुहुन्छ ? राम्रो अनुहार पाए त कसलाई चुम्बन गर्न मन लाग्दैन होला ? विशेष गरी कलेज पढ्ने किशोर–किशोरीहरू त चुम्बनले छुट्टै संसारको आनन्द दिन्छ भन्ने कल्पनामा रमाउँछन् तर चुम्बनकै कारणले रोगी हुनुपर्छ भन्ने कुरा धेरैलाई थाहा नहुन सक्छ । कलेजमा अध्ययनरत छात्रहरूले आफ्नी गर्लफ्रेन्डबाहेक अरूलाई चुम्बन नगरेको दाबी गरे पनि चुम्बन अहिले सामान्य भैसकेको छ । चुम्बन सामान्य भए पनि चुम्बनका कारण हुने रोग भने सामान्य हुँदैन ।<br />  ‘किस डिजिज’ अर्थात् चुम्बन रोग हालै नामकरण गरिएको एउटा रोग हो । इपसन वार भाइरस (ई.बी.भी.) ले संक्रमित तुल्याउने यो रोग खास गरी र्‍यालको माध्यमबाट सर्छ । चुम्बन रोग खास गरी उच्च माध्यमिक तथा कलेजका विद्यार्थी तथा आर्मी, पुलिसलाई लागेको देखिन्छ । हालै गरिएको एक अध्ययनले ८५ देखि ९० प्रतिशत अमेरिकन नागरिकलाई ४० वर्ष नपुग्दै ई.बी.भी. को संक्रमण देखिएको छ । १५ वर्षदेखि १९ वर्षका युवा–युवतीमा चुम्बन रोगको प्रभाव बढी देखिएको छ । भाइरसको संक्रमण भएको ४–५ हप्तापछि मात्र ज्वरो आउने, घाँटी सुक्ने, खाना निल्न गाह्रो हुने, घाँटी तथा छातीमा डावरहरू आउने, काखी सुन्निने, कलेजो तथा पित्त थैली ठूलो हुने आदि लक्षण देखिन्छन् । धेरैजसो व्यक्तिमा यो रोग आफै निको भए पनि कतिपयका लागि खतरनाक पनि साबित हुन सक्छ । यो रोगले निमोनिया, जन्डिस, रक्तअल्पता, मुटु तथा मिर्गौलामा दीर्घकालीन असर पार्छ ।<br /> <br /> <br /> चुम्बनबाट सर्न सक्ने अन्य रोग पनि छन् । गोनरिया, भिरङ्गी, ज्ञानेन्द्रिय अंगहरूमा हुने मुसा, घाउहरूका जीवाणु र्‍यालमा पनि हुन सक्ने भएकाले यी रोग सर्न सक्छन् । यसरी सर्ने रोगमा क्लामेडियाको संक्रमण प्रमुख हो । युनिभर्सिटी अफ क्यालिफोर्नियाका चिकित्सक जोनका अनुसार चुम्बनका कारण ट्राइजेमिनल न्युरोल्जिया भए बिमारीले आत्महत्यासम्म गर्न सक्छ । यो रोग लागेका बिरामीको गालामा चुम्बन गर्दा उक्त नर्भ (स्नायु) को उत्तेजना हुने भएकाले बिरामीले आत्महत्या गर्ने प्रयास गर्छ ।<br /> <br /> <br /> फ्लोरिडा स्टेट युनिभर्सिटीको प्रतिवेदनअनुसार धेरैसँग चुम्बन गर्ने किशोर–किशोरीमा ब्याक्टेरियल मेनेन्जाइटिस हुनसक्छ । बेलाईतमा गरिएको एक अध्ययनअनुसार मेनिंगोकोकल ब्याक्टेरिया नाक तथा घाँटीमा राम्रोसँग वृद्धि हुने र सोही ठाउँमा बढी बस्न रुचाउने भएकाले र्‍यालमा उक्त ब्याक्टेरिया बढी पाइन्छ । चुम्बन गर्दा ब्याक्टेरिया सजिलै एक–अर्कामा सर्छ र मेनिन्जाइटिसको रोगी बनाउँछ । मेनिन्जाइटिस हुँदा टाउको दुख्ने, ज्वरो आउने तथा वान्ता हुने लक्षण देखिन सक्छ । यस्ता किशोर–किशोरीले तुरुन्त स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गराउनुपर्छ । समयमै उपचार नभए बिरामी मर्न पनि सक्छ ।<br /> आधुनिक एवं सहरी जीवन शैलीमा जनावरहरू (कुकुर, बिरालो) पाल्ने चलन पनि बढ्दै गएको छ । सहरी क्षेत्रका सम्पन्न परिवारमा कुकुर वा बिरालो नपालिने घर कमै हुन्छन् । पुरुषभन्दा पनि महिलाहरू कुकुर–बिरालोसँग चुम्बन आदान–प्रदान गरिरहेका हुन्छन् ।<br /> <br /> विज्ञहरूका अनुसार यसरी कुकुरसँग चुम्बन आदान–प्रदान गर्दा, सँगै खानेकुरा खाँदा ‘सालमोनिला’ जातका ब्याक्टेरियाको संक्रमण हुने सम्भावना हुन्छ । ‘सालमोनेला’ जातका ब्याक्टेरियाको संक्रमणले टाइफाइड हुन्छ ।<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

Nepali Folk Musical Instruments and Cultural Group will be held until November 29 at the Rastriya Nachghar in Jamal in the Capital.Inaugurating the festival, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Ananda Prasad Pokharel stressed the need on part of the local communities to take the initiative for preservation of the folk cultures rather than waiting for the state to do so.The Museum of Nepalese Folk Musical Instruments Chairman Ram Prasad Kandel said during the festival the experiences on works pertaining to research and conservation of national traditional folk culture would be exchanged. International experts on folk music including Nepal will also present their documents.<br /> <br /> A total of 35 selected documentaries from 18 different countries will be screened in the three-day festival which will be held from 10 am to 5 pm on a daily basis.
