Directed by Matrika Poudel and Sisir Budhathoki, Produced by tv Nepali, starred by Ishwor Dulal and Priyanka Adhikari, a short comedy video – Time Pass 27, displays hilarious deeds and dialogue of a drunkard.

Ishwor, a drunkard is presented staggering in the street drinking locally made alcohol and muttering meaninglessly to himself. Reason, he gives for his over drinking, is to keep him warm in the cold since he has not put on warmer clothes. On his way, he stumbles with a lady bag, which is filled with different useful things and money as well. Hence, he informs the media not to submit the bag with the things therein, but to dedicate a sad song to the bag owner.
