ओली सरकारको अर्को ठूलो निर्णय उल्टाउँदै प्रचण्ड !

राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषद् विघट्न गर्ने खेलकुद मन्त्रीको तयारी<br /> काठमाडौँ, १५ माघ । सरकारले राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषद् विघटन गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ । तत्कालिन केपी शर्मा ओली नेतृत्वको सरकारले गठन गरेको परिषद्लाई युवा तथा खेलकुम मन्त्रालयले विघटन गर्ने तयारी गरेको हो ।<br /> <br /> शनिबार रिपोर्टर्स क्लबमा आयोजित साक्षात्कारमा खेलकुद मन्त्री दलजित श्रीपाइलीले राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषदको विवाद सतहमा आइसकेको उल्लेख गर्दै यसको समाधानको लागि जस्तोसुकै कदम चाल्न आफू पछि नहट्ने बताए ।<br /> <br /> उनले भने- ‘परिषदमा अहिले समस्या देखा परेको छ, एमालेले एकलौटी रुपमा ६० जिल्लामा नियुक्ती दिएको कुरा बाहिर आएको छ, भागबण्डा राम्रो होइन, यसबारेमा मेरो ध्यानाकार्षण भैरहेको छ, नयाँ संविधान अनुसार पनि परिषद्लाई समावेशी–समानूपातिक बनाउनुपर्छ, यसमा १ करोड ७ लाख युवाहरुको भविष्य जोडिएको छ, सबैलाई मान्य हुनेगरि समस्याको समाधान गर्ने वा अपनत्व हुने खालको परिषद बनाउँछु ।’<br /> <br /> परिषदको विवाद समाधानको लागि अब के गर्ने विघटन गर्ने वा बाँकीमा भागबण्डा मिलाउने ? वा के गर्ने भन्नेबारेमा भने उनले स्पष्ट जवाफ दिएनन् । तर, यो विवाद समाधानको लागि आफूलाई नै सम्पूर्ण अधिकार दिइएकोले आवश्यक परेको खण्डमा यसको लागि गम्भिर कदम उठाउन पनि आफू पछि नपर्ने उनले स्पष्ट पारे ।<br /> <br /> तत्कालिन प्रधानमन्त्री केपी ओलीले माधव ढुंगेलको अध्यक्षतामा राष्ट्रिय युवा परिषद् गठन गरेका थिए । परिषद्को ६० जिल्लामा शाखा विस्तार भइसकेको छ । परिषद्ले १ करोड १० लाख युवाको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छ ।<br /> <br /> २०६५ सालदेखि एमाले भातृ संगठन युवा संघ नेपालको दबाबमा राष्ट्रिय युवा नीति बनाई कार्यान्वयनमा लैजानुपर्छ भन्ने विषयलाई २०७२ सालमा ओली नेतृत्वको सरकारले परिषद् गठन गर्दै साकार पारेको थियो ।<br /> <br /> ‘ओलम्पिक कमिटीको विवाद अदालतको फैसलाअनुसार समाधान’<br /> खेलकुद मन्त्री श्रीपाइलीले ओलम्पिक कमिटीको विवाद समाधानको लागि आफूले सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश अनुसार निर्णय लिने बताए । ओलम्पिक कमिटीको विवाद समाधानको लागि आफूले सहकार्य, सहमति र एकताबाटै अघि बढ्नको लागि पटक–पटक आग्रह गरिरहेको उल्लेख गर्दै उनले भने– ‘विधि र प्रणालीको सबैले पालना गर्नुपर्छ, अदालतको आदेश कार्यान्यवयन हुनुपर्छ, यसको लागि म सामूहिक छलफलमा समेत बस्छु, संभव रहेन भने म टुलुटुलु हेरेर बस्दिन् ।’ सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश कार्यान्वयन गराउन आफूले एक्सन लिने त्यो गर्दापनि नभए जोखिम मोलेर अलिकति जटिल र कडा बन्ने समेतको चेतावनी दिए ।<br /> <br /> ‘सातौं राष्ट्रिय खेलकुदमा मैले भ्रष्टाचार गरेको छैन्’<br /> मन्त्री श्रीपाइलीले सातौं खेलकुद प्रतियोगितामा आफूलाई भ्रष्टाचार गरेको भनेर गलत आरोप लगाउनेहरुको पछि आफू नदौडिने बताउँदै भने– ‘मलाई गलत र झूठो आरोप लगाइयो, त्यो कुरा अहिले आएर प्रमाणित भैसकेको छ, म खेलकुद क्षेत्रमा आमूल परिवर्तन र विकास गर्नको लागि आएको हुँ, मेरो कुनै स्वार्थ छैन्, म त अब आउने मन्त्रीहरुलाई समेत मेरो नाममा गर्व गर्न लायक बनाउँछु ।’
